The tour leaders were fun and very good at making the whole family feel safe and have the time of their lives. For most of the group this was a first time zipline experience and it was perfect! Would recommend to others. A great family vacation experience.

We booked ziplining with Huana Coa directly through their office by email. We used our own transportation. Because we are travelling with kids we did not do the tequila thing. I cannot say enough good things about this zipline experience. First of all, the staff is extremely accommodating. We are travelling with an infant and asked if we could go in two groups so that someone could stay on the ground with the baby but not miss out. They made that happen no problem, even though it meant they had to take us up in a private second group, which doubled their work. Our ziplining group’s age ranges from 5 to 68 and everyone had the best time. For those of us who went in the second group, we had Edgar and Ulysis as our guides. They were friendly, engaging, funny, and highly skilled. We felt totally safe and enjoyed hearing their stories. They made sure we could safely take photos at many of the platforms as we went along. The 5 year old zipped with the guides for the first few. She loved it and they let her go on her own later in the experience. Kids and adults (and senior citizen) alike viewed this as a highlight of our extended stay in Mazatlan. The scenery is gorgeous and completely different from what we are used to in Mazatlan. There are 9 zip lines and a surprise experience at the last platform. There’s some walking involved - a long staircase up to the first platform and a fun walk over a suspension bridge midway through. There is fresh water with paper cups at 2 spots along the zip line tour. That little touch was nice and unexpected, and shows how this company has thought of absolutely everything. When we returned to the starting area they had cheese quesadillas and pico de Gallo waiting for us. The guides hung out with us at the end, visited with our infant, and were just a pleasure to get to know. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a change of pace. It was just so so so much fun.…
