A very beautiful and super quiet place. I recommend the catamaran trip if you want to see the 7 bays for $600 pesos plus $200 if you want to snorkel. They only show 5 of them far away and they go down to snorkel in one and eat in another. Also recommended is the trip to the 3 magical waterfalls, Llano Grande and Las Brisas. We hired a taxi that served as a guide for $1,800 pesos, not including entrance fees, which are about $70 each to each waterfall and $200 for food. Also very fun is the little bus that leaves the park for a tour around Huatulco with music and an entertainer. What we didn't like was the $600 charge for a taxi from the airport to the hotel. You can walk out of the airport on the left for about 8 or 10 minutes and you reach the road where there are a lot of taxis that charge about $150 or $200. Another thing we didn't like is that we went to Bahia Maguey and they charged us $3000.00 (three thousand pesos) for a red snapper sized for 3 people (they caught us asleep and hungry). I recommend eating downtown at tacos los parados or Arely, very cheap and delicious.

Great divers, very safe, very courteous and patient. Wife is fairly new to diving, they made it easy. Boat was well set up for diving, twin engines is always good for peace of mind. Both of the guys we spent the day with were marine biologists as well. Shared some insight into the ecology of the area, more than most divemasters would.

Videos were provided afterwards, which was a very nice gesture.

When we go back to Huatulco again, we'll choose the same crew. Book without hesitation.

Incredible, personalized scuba experience. Genuinely nice people who love diving and the ocean and want to share it with their guests. Dives are unhurried and tailored to the skill level of the divers. Virgilio, Carlos, and Katie were brilliant on the boat and Pilar was lovely and easy to work with in the office. Fruit and snacks for surface intervals was a nice addition to the laughs and interesting conversations. Their care of our gear is also the best we have ever seen and we appreciated learning some tips and tricks… if we could give them 10 out of 5 stars we would.

The bays are beautiful, the tour is great and great for snorkeling although it is 300 pesos apart. What is terrible are the costs of the local people..... an umbrella (250 pesos), the food is very expensive, a dish at 300 pesos minimum. Honestly, you are left with a bad taste at the end of the tour.

This was my first time diving in the pacific and also my exit dives. Virgilio and Tito were an amazingly accommodating team right from my first email to see if they could finish my PADI open water certification. Great communication, expertise and experience. If you are looking to dive in this paradise....LOOK NO FURTHER! These guys are experts but also a ton of fun. I'm only sad to be leaving. Will be back.

It was my first time scuba-diving. Virgilio and Carlos offered me the best experience, they were patient, helpful, and very clear in their guidance, both in Spanish and English. I can only recommend this team, whether you are novice or experienced. We had a great time together, saw tons of fishes including rays. Best diving spot in Huatulco!

If you're in Oaxaca and thinking of going diving , look no further than Buceo Huatulco . Virgilio , Carlos , and Tito are a great team , very professional and very welcoming . The fact that Virgilio is also a marine biologist means that his understanding of the local fauna is second to none . Probably the best dive shop I've ever come across , I fully recommend going with them .

Very good dive charter operator. Small boat, so dives are not over crowded. Carlos and Virgilio are excellent both above and below the water. They will cater the dives to your personal experience level and preferences. Honestly, I would give 6 stars if I could.

We did 3 dives with buceo and were blown away by the knowledge and service provided by these gentlemen. Perfect english, they prepared the boat and bags while we enjoyed the scenery, and were very helpful and not pushy while helping with equipment. Knowledgable and happy to educate divers on local flora and fauna with photobooks, cards erc. Very impressed.Great vis and an absolute abundance of marine life at 20-50 feet, perfect for new/ beginner divers. Of all the people ive dived with, ill be recommending dad go here for his discover scuba/open water certification. We did our first ever night dive with buceo and when they picked us up from our hotel, they took us to their dive shop before diving (at 7pm, when it was otherwise
closed) to show us the padi night dive video just to ensure we were comfortable and up to speed. Many other places would have just taken our money and let us jump in. Very impressed, will be back whenever we are next in huatulco.

Ps, all the bad reviews for this dive company are for other companies.... this is not a car rental, hotel, or bar...

They were great. Hard to find at first due to road construction, but then they stayed open after hours to get us all set up. Payment and logistics were easy. The owner picked us up at our hotel on day of dive and took us back - so convenient. We had 2 excellent dive masters and both know about ecology, marine bio, etc. Pilar and Virgilio I believe own this family shop and really do a nice job. They had our friend group only-a nice and private tour . Food, snacks, dive spots, equipment all great . Nice experience
