Chahue is one of my favorites. Unspoiled, golden sands, only 2 beach clubs well away from each other. Privacy and a relaxed atmosphere. Pity you cannot swim there very often due to the undercurrents. Well guarded and watched by security and life guards.

This is a pretty beach, just off the main road to the resorts. There is always a surf so the swimming is a bit rough for the Little Ones. It is however, perfect for that morning or afternoon walk as there is a breakwater pier with a nice view.

We walked to this beach from LaCrucecita and hung out at a beach club for a little while one day and then the next night our hotel was right on this beach! It's really a gorgeous view and while it's not the best beach for swimming there is a roped off area that is fine for swimming. There was hardly... More

This is a nice town which is walking distance to beaches! Great views nice and quiet. It has a supermarket which you can get anything at "super Che" it has many spectacular birds and great for taking a nice walk or riding a scooter! Friendly and helpful locals!

Not a great beach for swimming but it's very quiet with few people. There are a couple of beach clubs that you can use. We just set up our stuff at a chair with an umbrella and no one questioned us at all. We understood that you would normally have to purchase a day pass but no one seemed to... More

...a lovely but constantly wavy beach. Only a private beach club here for services. No resto's/stalls like most the other beaches.

This was our first visit to Chahue. This marina has really developed quickly. Very clean, and quiet. There are several local restaurant/bars, and it's not far off the main boulevard through the area if you had to walk to or from a taxi.

Playa Chahue is a great beach to watch the waves. Generally, it's a pretty beach with very inconsistent waves and under tows. Many experienced swimmers think twice before entering. There is a life guard who patrols the beach and warns swimmers. We stayed at Quinta Bella which is on the Chahue beach so we saw many different changes in the... More

Great beach not a lot of people. Strong waves okay for experienced swimmers. There is a shelf right off of shore but water was perfect and wonderful to swim in. No shade so bring an umbrella
