The bay itself is beautiful, water is rather calm and good for the little onces and the snorkel is good BUT... during the weekends and high season it's far too crowded, the palapas (restaurants) receive huge groups from the cruises and boats that are loud and leaving all the rubbish around. nobody cares that at the end of the day... View was lovely. Snorkelling was rough. Food was expensive and mediocre. Being harassed by people selling things all no the beach -bad.

The beach is beautiful but I found it too crowded, too much restaurants and people trying to sell you anything and everything! This is the only place where there are restaurants for tours stop for lunch so go figure.

Stopped here for lunch on the Paradise Found tour. We were given each a couple of small taquitos/ wraps and a glass of pineapple juice complimentary by the restaurant just to wet the appetite. Felt a little obligated to buy lunch. We ordered the fish tacos for our son and my wife and I shared the shrimp stuffed pineapple... it's... More

Loved coming here to this lovely long beach. downside is when you arrive you are swarmed bylocal young men trying to guide you to the restaurant of their choice as they get commissions for people they bring in. At the restaurants you can get a table to keep your stuff at while you swim and get lunch if so desired.... More

Quiet beach until 1 pm when it got very busy. Calm waters at one end and in front of our beach bar. Reasonably priced beverages and snacks. Go mid week and early to avoid crowds.

This beach was where we were taken for lunch on the 7 bay tour. Every tour boat stops here for food and drink and you'd think it would be inexpensive but you'd be wrong. The prices here are as high as the resorts and you'd best bring 600 - 700 pesos ( for 2 people ) with you if you... More

By far my least favorite bay in Huatulco. Too many people and extremely touristy. Boat traffic is too dense for either swimming or snorkeling. Don't waste your time here and visit either India or San Augustin instead.
