Another must see in Acapulco. Hire a local guide to take you on a tour of the city and see the chapel of peace. We used Jose Luciano Gonzalez for an afternoon tour and it was great. Jose was very knowledgeable, spoke very good English. We enjoyed Jose as a tour guide so much we chose him for other guide... More

Interesting place, loved the views of the bay and the ocean. The story of why it exists is touching.

Beautiful views & gorgeous church! I highly recommend taking the hike all the way to the top so you can see some of the amazing mansions on the way up and take epic pictures of the 360 views!

A nice visit which does not take more than 20 mins. Has the best views of the bay of Acapulco as well as the open ocean. The chappel itself is very nice and exotic.

Each time I came to Acapulco, I went here. The story behind this "chapel" about the family who built it is very interesting. The view of the bay is great from here and a nice drive up the hill with amazing houses to see on the way. It's not your average religious site to visit and feels more like a... More

If you're interested in churches, then this is a nice chapel for you to visit. I personally felt that it was a personal kind of church and not much to talk about. The history is very interesting, and the view is awesome. If you have the time and you're in the area, you really should stop - since the whole... More

The tour I went on was solo and the history of the Church is very worth while. Two brothers who planned most of Acapulco died in Plane crash in 1967 and the family erected the church in their memory

I don't want to retell the whole story, but it is amazing how Carlos Trouyet built these structures as a memorial to his family. The view is... More

Get a tour package to see this. The history of the chapel is very interesting. You drive up a very nice area of the City.
