Entire family went there few time during our two weeks stay, from Grand Mayan. Beach water there is so clear, sand is so clean and high quality sand ( I like really heavy - kind of course grain ). Lots of choice food , beach vendors craft shopping- all reasonably priced. We liked a restaurant, in English, called " Crazy... More

This is a smaller and more secluded bay, adjacent to Acapulco Bay. It is still crowded, but less so. Location is fantastic. Very scenic and colorful. You can reach it by road or by boat. Very special location. It's a must visit for anyone planning a trip to Acapulco.

Me, my aunt and my cousin (8 years) went there for a day. It was good we park our car on a private parking lot for 3 USD. We eat and rest on a chair over the sea and for 5 beers and a ceviche was 20 USD. The only problem was that there is no good bathrooms and no... More

This was the place to shop for souvenirs - MANY opportunities to get "stuff." I did buy some movies from a street vendor but that was all. The beach looked most accessible but I didn't . We just drove down and around the streets. Amazing homes in the area - affluent homes around that part of the bay. It is... More

We heard many negative things about the Acapulco area and were totally shocked when we arrived here. The water is beautiful! We are travelling by sailboat and have seen the entire Pacific coast of Mexico from the southern tip to Puerto Vallarta. Nothing has been as clear and beautiful as this bay. Many Mexicans are utilizing this beautiful area so... More

Almost completely Mexican families, very low key, with 50 or more restaurants all wanting to give you a place on the beach to drink their cold beer, and eat their fish.

One year we went to this beach and were very sorry of our decision. The restaurant Ok Ok was good but surroundings very busy with locals. Even had a guy with an aligator and a snake and I am scared shitless of snakes... Was stressed for the whole couple of hours there. Too many boats and seadoos, could hardly swim... More

We spent almost the 1 whole day here. The water is warm and clean. The sand is golden. The view is amazing. This is like a natural pool, very little waves. The small restaurants offer great inexpensive food, drinks, beer and shelter right at the water's edge. What else could you ask for. Take cash to get great stuff from... More

This place is near Acapulco Costera, lest than 30 min away. Here you can find easy waters (no waves), grate for swimming, cayaking, skying, or to rent a wave runner, in summary a good place for water sports. There are plenty of restaurants on the beach, serving the catch of the day, really fresh.
