Phone numbers don't work only the one listed on Facebook 01 800. And no answer most of the time. They are happy to take a deposit for swimming with dolphins at their bank account however the park in Acapulco was closed 10/22 and 10/23 and they were turning everyone away at the gate with no prior notice. Upon calling the 1800 number which seems to be corporate they didn't even know their own park is closed. Giving incorrect information over the phone. Phone numbers on their website are incorrect and don't work. You call and you just get a busy tone. Overall very disorganized and terrible customer service.…

Highly recommend the dolphin swim and the water slides are fun. There is a water park for climbing and two large tipping buckets for the kids not keen on slides. The water dumping hits firm though.

When asking my kids what was their favorite part of their trip? Swimming with the dolphins at El Rollo. Everybody working at the park was super nice. The entrance, waitresses by wavepool, dolphin trainers, dolphin pics people, and the people who assisted with the rides. We really enjoyed the kiddie pool because it was freshwater and fun for kids. The wavepool we liked but it was saltwater. They also let you re-enter same day with your ticket. My kids really wanted McDonald's outside the park for lunch, so it worked out great!! I definitely recommend El Rollo!!!…

This was much more than we expected! We booked an hour with the dolphins and were able to hug, kiss, swim and interact with the three dolphins. You even get to have two dolphins come up behind you, put their noses on your feet and push you up and across the pool. It was amazing! I highly recommend the one hour. The thirty minute group only did a few things and then had to leave. The bonus to all this was that with the dolphin experience you get to enjoy all the rides/ slides at the park all day. We were here durning the slow season, so it was like our family had rented the park for ourselves. No lines anywhere! We kept sliding all day. Our two teenage daughters loved it all!…
