Phone numbers don't work only the one listed on Facebook 01 800. And no answer most of the time. They are happy to take a deposit for swimming with dolphins at their bank account however the park in Acapulco was closed 10/22 and 10/23 and they were turning everyone away at the gate with no prior notice. Upon calling the 1800 number which seems to be corporate they didn't even know their own park is closed. Giving incorrect information over the phone. Phone numbers on their website are incorrect and don't work. You call and you just get a busy tone. Overall very disorganized and terrible customer service.

Highly recommend the dolphin swim and the water slides are fun. There is a water park for climbing and two large tipping buckets for the kids not keen on slides. The water dumping hits firm though.

When asking my kids what was their favorite part of their trip? Swimming with the dolphins at El Rollo. Everybody working at the park was super nice. The entrance, waitresses by wavepool, dolphin trainers, dolphin pics people, and the people who assisted with the rides. We really enjoyed the kiddie pool because it was freshwater and fun for kids. The wavepool we liked but it was saltwater. They also let you re-enter same day with your ticket. My kids really wanted McDonald's outside the park for lunch, so it worked out great!! I definitely recommend El Rollo!!!

This was much more than we expected! We booked an hour with the dolphins and were able to hug, kiss, swim and interact with the three dolphins. You even get to have two dolphins come up behind you, put their noses on your feet and push you up and across the pool. It was amazing! I highly recommend the one hour. The thirty minute group only did a few things and then had to leave. The bonus to all this was that with the dolphin experience you get to enjoy all the rides/ slides at the park all day. We were here durning the slow season, so it was like our family had rented the park for ourselves. No lines anywhere! We kept sliding all day. Our two teenage daughters loved it all!

I have come here on several occasions, since I was 6 or 7 years old. It was changed from Cici to El Rollo, but it still is very much the same. I booked the swimming with the dolphins, and I'm glad I did. I was able to swim with dolphins and everyone was helpful and pleasant. The park itself does not allow people to swim if they are in t-shirts, but I suppose that's fair. My only real complaint is the insane amounts of bees and wasps. They like to follow you around if you have a sweet drink. Other than that, it was a very pleasant time, and I would come again.

We booked the El Rollo Swimming With Dolphins Experience. I was somewhat sceptical because I'm not very keen on wild animals being kept in enclosures for our viewing pleasure etc. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised at how the dolphins are being treated here and their handlers really love working with them. I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend it.
The park itself is fine as well. Some of the slides were closed because of it being a weekday but all the employees were very friendly to us and we almost had the whole place to ourselves.
Thanks for the memorias CICI!

We went on a Wednesday, and there was hardly anybody there. Three or four of the slides were closed, which is understandable due to staffing needs and people in the park. Admission was very reasonable, and the rides that were open we're fine. The dolphin show was actually really good, and they performed some tricks that I never previously seen. However, one blemish that I will not forget, with the we were treated at dominoes. We were in line waiting for over five to ten minutes, and the staff seem to ignore us. As soon as some locals, came up for service, they immediately attended to their needs, what acting like you weren't even there. We had to basically demand service and basically force them to help us. I won't go as far to say as we were discriminated against, but it sure seemed that way. This was very disappointing, but beyond Dominoes the rest of the staff was nice and cordial. Would probably never go back again.

Dolphin show that is included with the basic ticket price was fun for my 3.5yr. old and my self. The pools were ok, I wish there was more slides and activities for small kids. This is a good place for children 5 and up.

Hello. I traveled to Acapulco when I was alot younger (about 30 years ago say 1985) There used to be a seemingly tall cliffhanger type waterslide that I
let a young friend talk me into taking at least 3 times that I recall. I have been looking all over the place for the history of the waterpark to hopefully find out what the name of that slide was and how high off the ground it was. I am thinking it had to be a up a decent height because the deck where we launched from was visible from a good distance away. It was very noticeable from where we stayed at the Acapulco Plaza Hotel as it was known back then. I have yet to spot any pictures that might show the slide and or launch point.I know it was a long long time ago, so I am just wishfully thinking to ask this. Worth a shot though. It was an awesome water park though. Loved Cici's.Thanks for any help you can provide.

I took the trip in 1987 to CiCi and got on the same slide .
If we are traveling to Acapulco next month, do we need to make reservations ahead of time?

Yes, I had a reservation made a few days prior for the dolphin swim. So, if you are interested in that activity, I would recommend making a reservation ahead of time, as it was a big group that was broke into two groups.
