I don’t know how a street in Todos Santos is an attraction, however it is one of the main streets that has the majority of the attractions that are nearby. Hotel California is on this street, worth the time to explore the gift shop, open court and get a photo opportunity. Calle Benito Juarez turns into Mexican Federal Highway 19 when leaving Todos Santos. Arranging a day trip from Los Cabos to Todos Santos should be on your list of things to do while in the area.

This is paved street with a mixture of nice/updated properties and run-down properties, a few cool open tile floor plaza areas right off the street, many nice little artsy/boutique shops, restaurants, and general souvenir stores. Most of the roads off this main street are dirt, and the further away you get from the main street the fewer touristy places you'll find. Most of the tourists stay right on and/or just off the main street. There are some nice shops and restaurants off the main street, but it depends which streets you go down. If you're staying in Cabo, a trip to Todos Santos makes for a very cool day trip. Grab lunch, walk around, and shop. Most of the tourists are Americans. Even some of the shop owners are Americans. Remember to negotiate the price for items you buy. Unlike in America, the listed price for items in many of these shops are negotiable.

This is my go to place when I am shopping for silver. The prices in Todos Santos are better, the choices more unique, and the customer service very attentive. I especially like the small shop right behind the Emporio where the best deals can be negotiated. Rudy is a pleasure to work with and loves to share his knowledge of the history and making of silver. Enjoy.

Be aware that if you go on Sunday you are not going to get into many of the galleries, and one or two of the restaurants.

You can feel very comfortable as you stroll along Calle Juarez in scenic Todos Santos -- the new sidewalks are wide and solid, but there are some occasional dips that might fool you if you're not looking. The shops are clean and very welcoming -- of course the shopkeepers want you to come inside and purchase something. Stepping into their shops does not obligate you; you might even find something you want to buy!

Some really nice blankets, glassware, decorations, etc. lots of variety, prices aren't cheap, but are reasonable and the selection is good.

We were in Todos Santos and had the chance to visit Calle Juarez. Cute street with lots of typical shops, mexican handcrafts and one or two places to pick up something to eat. Not much to do really, we tried to walk around and visit the little shops but again nothing exciting and way overpriced (shop in Cabo instead).
I would visit if you are in Todos Santos already, but would not recommend driving from Cabo just to visit.

Todos Santos is a Small Town, Called Juarez is the main street with most of the artisan shops, galleries, Hotel California, and eateries. There is more off the on other streets, but Calle Juarez contains most of it. The street is a slight hill but easy to walk up. In front of hotel California there is a big shop area where there are guys trying to get work deals with you to buy stuff. There are some great little gallery, where you sometimes find artist painting. Ate at a few different food places from ice cream to tacos, to cafe cafelix to tequila sunrise and all places were good and people were friendly.

Calle Benito Juarez is the main street in Todos Santos. It’s an easy drive from Cabo on a well-maintained 4-lane highway. We rented a car for the day and really enjoyed ourselves. The Mexican Tourism Secretary declared Todos Santos a Pueblo Magico (Magic Town) in 2006. To be honest, we were drawn there by the urban legend of Hotel California and didn’t expect much else. We were surprised by the picturesque cobblestone streets and original brick buildings that have been turned into art galleries, shops and restaurants. We browsed the stores, visited the Mission church, and lingered at Tequila Sunrise for lunch. The main square had local vendor stalls (not sure if they are there every day). I got some darling hand-made dolls for our girls and dried fruit for snacking. On the drive to Todos Santos, we stopped at Playa Los Cerritos and Punta Lobos (we tried for Palm Beach but turned around). I know that many tours make the trip in half a day. That seems rushed to me. Take your time and visit the beaches too. I’m sorry we didn’t plan to spend a night or two in Todos Santos. And now for a fun piece of trivia: The Tropic of Cancer (Tropico de Cancer) runs through Todos Santos. One of the shops had a plaque outside.

Stop by to see "the" Hotel California. Gift shops, ice cream, galleries. Good place to drop by and stretch your legs mid journey.
