This is a place you MUST go and watch the fishing boats launch through the surf in the early morning, and being retreived in the mid afternoon. Sometimes the fishing is good, I have seen rooster fish to 40 or so pounds caught within easy...More

My boyfriend and I were happy to find this quiet beach and spend few ours just relaxing. It is fun to watch the fisherman driving their boats back to the sand, and you can buy the most fresh fish to take back home!

A quiet, secluded beach from which we took boats to go whale watching, although for how much longer I don't know as a huge hotel is being built. Enjoy it while you can.

There was a time not that long ago when beaches had more than recreational purposes; they were also the source of many livelihoods. We witnessed this first hand when we visited Punta Lobos at around midday. A small group of local fishermen greeted us as...More

Fantastic line fishing w local fishermen in Panga boats that dock directly on the beach. Fantastic day with Augustino. Visit soon as there is a controversial development challenging the authenticity of this beach.

A relly nice beach, you can spend a day (just mind the sunburns) and you can easily walk to El Faro a beach club.
