Down a dead end road with horse back riding on one side and a very large abandoned/unfinished (?) hotel there is a small entrance into the park. Alternatively, you can reach the area from the beach. Not much to see at the beginning of the wall/hike. Turn left from the path to walk to the river that exits into the ocean. Lots of birds along the way and at the river/ocean. We saw small fish swimming and jumping off on their way to the ocean and a couple birds catching the fish. Unfortunately, the river smelled a bit like a sewer (at least to us). It is a nice beach to walk along.
