About Baja Pirates Fishing Fleet
Baja Pirates roots began in Alaska then moved to La Paz Mexico in 2000. The Alaskan style of service was retained. We have the largest most modern fleet of American style boats in La Paz and provide only top quality gear(Avet Reels and Ugly stick rods). Fish processing includes vacuume packing and freezing your catch for your trip home. We have added Scuba, Snorkeling, Sea Kayaking, Golf and day tours to offer something for every family member.

We had a blast with these guys! It was 6 of us in our group and had 3 boats. We fished for 3 days and caught lots of fish each day.

There were 9 of us and what a great time we had ! lots of fish including , grouper, trigger, we boated many yellow tail and also lost many. Baja Pirates is a first class operation and so easy to deal with, I talked with Leonard many times,i am old school and like to have everything in place when I get there. First class boats, equipment and great boat captains. All three of our boats were ready to go clean and well stocked.Check out how long the captains have been working there. All nine of us a plenty of action and caught lots of fish. Our only complaint was how sore our arms where the next day ! Our next trip will be with Baja Pirates !You can get cheaper fishing charters, You cannot get a better one !!!

Just got back from my second trip fishing with Baja Pirates. Great trip, caught lots of fish, ate too much, and had a blast. Yellowfin Tuna were hot! Leonard and his crew are fantastic.

Ahoy, mateys! This is my second time out with a group that’s been sailing exclusively with Leonard’s group of merry men for over ten years now and boy howdy, I’d bet a barrel o’ rum his organization is by far and away the best in La Paz. Boats are clean, all captains are more than competent (and one shining star, who will remain nameless-at least in this review-is absolutely amazing), and the fish are plentiful (not that that’s within Leonard’s control, but hey, I’m generous, what can I say?!?). We’re bringing home 150lbs of Ahi, Mahi, and Pargo from two days of “work” by the four of us. I couldn’t be happier. :-)
