Great outfit for Whale Shark snorkeling

I was impressed with how well we were briefed (in excellent English) by the crew on how things would go and what to do/not do. The crew did a great job managing the tour. It was... read more

I was impressed with how well we were briefed (in excellent English) by the crew on how things would go and what to do/not do. The crew did a great job managing the tour. It was a little wild because the wind was up and the seas were choppy, making it fairly challenging, but there was definitely a focus on... More

As owners of Adventure Divers in Peterborough, ON, Canada we specialize in leading dive groups to unique places around the world. This was our first time working with and diving with Fun Baja. The owner Enrique and office staff Orlando were excellent to work with. It is a lot of work organizing a group I appreciated their assistance and information.... More

We took a fishing trip to La Paz through Tailhunter's International. We had a free day -- no fishing -- and were looking for something else special to do. Jonathan, who runs Tailhunters, recommended snorkeling with the whale sharks. A van was sent from the marina to pick us up. The marina we went to was beautiful! The guys fit... More

On the recommendation of our local dive shop, we spent three great days diving with Fun Baja. They were professional, nice, had good equipment and everyone we met there seemed to enjoy what they do. They picked us up in Cabo, drove us to La Paz, picked us up every morning at our hotel and dropped us off in the... More

Poor Equipment, Poor Customer Service: In May of 2014 I rented gear for two people from Fun Baja, myself and my dive master. We planned to dive two times each. During the second dive my mouth piece detached from the regulator--after sucking water in twice, I realized I had to use my secondary for the remainder of the dive. We... More

Snorkeling with whale sharks, courtesy of Fun Baja, was an option provided by our hosts at Un Cruise Adventures. The Fun Baja people really knew their stuff and brought us directly to where the whale sharks were feeding. The guide swam with us as many times as needed to ensure that we all got good long looks at the whale... More

I emailed Fun Baja Tours the day before we left. They responded immediately and said they were full for the following day we but said they'd get back to me in an hour, as the following day was suppose to be windy. An hour later they told me they had another boat for us. They offered a 9-12 or 1-4... More

We were on an Un-Cruise trip and they used this company to take us out to see the Whale Sharks. The boat was good size and there were about 24 people in the group; each group only got into the water one time. The day we were there the weather was not great (which I know they cannot control) but... More

We used FunBaja twice on our trip - once for scuba diving at the sea lion colony and once for whale shark watching. They also do other trips such as grey whale watching etc. They are not the cheapest - there are many outfits on the Malecon which are much cheaper. However FunBaja are very responsible, well organised and up... More
