We did our AIDA 1 with MT and her assistant Petra. They took us through the basics of free diving over two days, they were both such supportive and calm teachers. I couldn’t believe how safe I felt underwater with them, they’re there with you every step of the dive! Couldn’t be happier with my experience 😊

I had the pleasure of doing AIDA1 with MT and her wonderful assistant Petra. They were both amazing. Felt very safe in their hands and had a lot of fun. Incredible to see such progress in such a short amount of time under their guidance. If you are going to try freediving, do it with MT Solomons!

I dive down about 12 meters, turn to ascend and out of the blue MT shows up, mono y mono. She gently touches my shoulder. The look in her eyes tells me to relax. Her presence is light, playful, wise, calming and deep. She is my freediving guru now, forever! If you ever want to learn how to connect with water, surrender and feel a oneness with it, let MT guide you. She has a beautiful way of weaving the experience with threads of yogic spirituality, biology and psychology. I'm sailing the Caribbean and practicing the techniques she taught me every chance I get!

I trained with MT and I can say that by far it has been one of the most beautiful days I’ve lived in the ocean, MT has a great way of transmitting and communicating the things she wants you to learn and live. From the beginning of the day, till the end, MT made sure I felt comfortable and happy in the water, she taught me to listen to my body and trust my capacities. She’s amazing and if you decide to train with her you won’t regret it! Please do!

I spent two amazing days with MT in the water, perfect conditions. MT can strike the right balance between nurture and challenge out on the line, knowing when to push you and when to give you some space. I went into the week with a focus on technique and comfort in the water rather than depth and it worked really well. MT listened to what I needed and really helped me to reach my goal. I feel like a totally different freediver as a result of those two sessions.
