I had to endure a three day party cruise to Ensenada for a wedding, on our day in port I escaped wine tasting for a day of diving. Got picked up right on time, had two great dives at amazing place called Arbolitos, which feels like a world away from the hustle and bustle of Ensenada. Two great dives, all equipment provided. After stopped for a lunch a roadside taco place, and back to the boat by 4 PM. Great day! Thank you!

If you are looking for a fabulous excursion day in Ensenada Mexico, look no further. Our day started with Diego (owner of Baja Blue Diver) and Jonathon picking us up just a few blocks from our cruise ship port (detailed directions sent to us ahead of time). Diego was very knowledgeable with giving us some history of Ensenada while we drove outside of town over a mountainside to a pristine scenic cove (away from all other tourist excursions) where we launched our kayaks. They made us feel comfortable the entire time, while guiding us through an amazing sea cave tunnel when conditions were safe. We enjoyed watching seals with their pups popping out of the water all along the coast as they followed us with interest (it was an incredible site!) . The views of the coastline, as well as the marine life, was spectacular, and part of it being so special was the serenity of us and a few local fisherman in the area. It was so amazing to enjoy this coastal beauty away from everyone else! Once our afternoon of kayaking ended, Diego and Jonathon safely drove us back to town and took us to one of their favorite local restaurants, where we all enjoyed some authentic and delicious seafood tacos . Lastly, they dropped us off near our cruise ship port where we then enjoyed a local museum (based on their recommendation since we enjoyed learning about the local history) before heading back on board our ship . It was an enjoyable day that we will never forget! Thank you Diego and Jonathon!

My wife and I have never done SCUBA diving before and we had a blast! Diego and Humberto were really fun to talk to and were really patient with my wife and I and we felt totally safe while SCUBA diving. It was about a 45 minute ride from our pick up point to the cove where we SCUBA. There is no changing area so I would recommend wearing your swim gear to the pick up location. They put us in really nice and warm wet suits and did not feel cold in the water. We first snorkeled to get used to everything and then they put on our SCUBA equipment and told us what to do. They were very helpful and patient as it was our first time. They helped us walk in and then get down to the bottom and we eventually got down to 35 feet! Super fun and the highlight of our trip! we felt totally safe the whole time as they were with us the whole time and kept checking in on us. They then drove us back and took us to a local seafood taco place and helped us order as we do not speak Spanish. Well worth the money and time!

Diego is a wonderful host. I loved the whole excursion. He picked us up at our AirBnB and off we went. The cruise that was supposed to come in that day was cancelled so my son and I had Diego to ourselves for the whole day. It was a little overcast at first and the water wasn't very clear but that didn't stop our awesome day. He taught us about every starfish and creature that he brought up from the bottom. He is so educated and studied Oceanography and Marine Science in Ensenada. Tacos de pescado and camaron Lupita is also the best fish tacos are whole trip. We might have gone back a few times that week. I can't say enough about Diego. He does 99% of his communication through email and that is because he is in the water a lot and if he isn't in the water he is driving and he said that he hates putting his clients at risk by talking and driving. I found that he is very quick to email back in the late afternoon or evening. Turn around with email was very quick. I would have given him a 10 out of 5 if I could, but they don't give me that option. Thanks Diego! Kelly and Ryan

Had a great experience kayaking. We went to a somewhat secluded area. Our family of four were the only ones kayaking. There were a couple groups of scuba divers but it was a nice change from the typical overcrowded excursion locations. Everything was great and the stop for fish tacos was fantastic.
