This is one of a few waterfalls that can be found in the Baja area. We had read that the entry fee was $60 pesos per person but it's $6 US, or $120 pesos which, with a party of six, ate up most of the pesos we had brought with us for small purchases in nearby Saniago. (There are no... More

Nice excursion if you want to do something different in the main land. Easy access with your car and then a 10 minutes walk. It's ok for kids but with a bit of care. The water is cold but clean and the place is very beautiful. If you do not afraid the heights, jump from the waterfall is recommended. The... More

My husband and I visited the waterfall about five years ago, and it is still fresh in our minds as one of our favorite adventures. A beautiful oasis in the middle of the desert, La Cascada was a surprise to behold. From resdong other reviews, it sounds as if some changes have been made since our visit, but I'd we... More

I LOVE a good adventure and this was awesome. Once you are on the dirt road, there is pretty good signage to help you find your way. The trick is... More

I've been to this waterfall a number of times and it never gets old. This year I was surprised to see a restaurant & rental casitas at the trail head. When I first started coming in 2006 there was a rope you had to use down a steep rock chute that made the descent to the bottom difficult. Now stairs... More

Beautiful spot about 1 hr 45 min drive North of SJDC and west of Santiago. Worth the drive if interested. After exiting the pavement from Santiago you travel a well maintained dirt road for about 15 minutes. You are greeted at the parking lot by a park administrator. There is a restaurant and picture buying center. Cost to enter the... More
