We did the Phi Phi island tour, waste of time and money, you see bamboo island, several useless foto stops, lunch in the back streets of Phi Phi Don with no chance for a decent swim and then back home. The only highlight is bamboo island, I suggest staying there for the day.

So we were picked upon time and then waited in the holding area for about 45 minutes. We did the day long Phi Phi island tour on an overcrowded boat and taken to several 'photo stops' from the boat (which was a nightmare as people clambered over each other for a photo and we were one of what seemed like hundreds of boats vying for a space to park). The first swimming spot (1 hour) we were told that we couldnt use the snorkelling equipment until later in the day and if you want to go to the toilet "there is no toilet on board and just use the ocean as one big toilet". The photo stops seemed pointless and claustrophopic. We were then taken to an overcrowded buffet lunch where all hot food was served cold (unhygienic). A couple of wet dishes (one of which was braised cabbage and egg). All up we snorkelled for 1 hour of a 7 hour tour that made us feellike we were cattle crammed together. Don't waste your time and money with this tour/company. We went to Koh Rok and Koh Haa on Sea Jum Sea Hunter tour the previous day and the difference in the tours could not have been more stark.

We had a nice trip with Ao Nang Speed Boat tours to the Phi Phi Island. The crew was nice, pick up was on time and the boat and equipment clean and reliable. We only had one day in Krabi and cannot compare the tour with others but it we got what we expected. We stopped at several photo spots (Maya Bay, Monkey Beach, Viking cave) and had three longer stops on Bamboo Island (1 hour), Phi Phi Leh (30 minutes) and one near one of the islands for snorkeling (30 minutes). More opportunities for snorkeling would have been better. At lunch time, we parked on the overcrowded beach of phi phi Don and were all brought to a mass tourist version of a restaurant where an all-you-can-eat buffet were awaiting us. It would not have been my choice of lunch place but it was fine for the price we paid for the tour. All in all, I can recommend the tour but next time I would choose one of the early bird tours to avoid the crowd and spend more time snorkeling and on the islands. I would have loved to see the viewpoint on Phi Phi Don for example, but we did not have enough time. Instead, we didn't exactly what else to do during our 1 hour lunch stop and just waited for the boat to leave, which was a bit sad.

I’ve visited many countries and always enjoyed boat tours, the activities the lunch the experience. This was HELL! 1. Late pick up no organisation given a wrist band and no proper explanation of what the day would entail 2. Crammed well over the amount of people allowed into the boat it was ridiculous sitting with bags on our knees as it was that jam packed. 3. YOU DONT VISIT HALF OF THE ISLANDS promised we would visit monkey beach, the lagoon etc. No you sail up and they shout “MAKE PHOTO” 4. The islands you do visit bamboo island and Phi Phi are ridiculously over crowded good luck finding a spot to sunbathe or swim due to the hundreds of boats parked here. 5. The lunch was completely inedible guided through the back streets of phi phi island, to a tin roofed building we had to dip feet into dirty water then, remove our shoes and walk on tiled floor a disaster and unhygienic. The food was cold spaghetti with no sauce absolutely disgusting. 6. The staff were completely not interested no information not bothered when my partner got an injury to his foot which bled. Completely just want to rob you of you’re money. The driver on the way back to our hotel (drove pAst our hotel) we waited until he stopped to inform him of this and he went crazy. DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR PLEASE

After pick us up in this taxi. We discovered were 155 that need to be organized ( they didn’t ) to get in to the boat, 45 min later we jumped to a long tail boat full of people ( 35 heads), hard sit . We visited 4 islands , ate lunch coming from plastic bags , snorkeled over death coral to finally get off the boat in the sea. We had to walk 300m with our belongings on the head praying for not fell down . Someone is doing a good profit reducing cost at the most to offering a cheap experience.
