Had a super bad experience booking with them, driver was not as hospitable when comparing him to the other drivers i had found and had talked with an attitude and gave us suggestions to eat in certain places that was a walking distance from the attractions despite already receiving an itinerary and us paying for a day driver, as if he did not want to drive.
Hence, on the last day while looking for an airport transfer we had managed to find a better and more welcoming driver that had a cheaper fare as well. Was hit with sarcastic remarks like “hope all went well” and an emoji “🤔” the day after landing as he had mentioned that his customers could not find airport transfers previously. There are better options out there, found them through booking with GRAB and InDRIVE app

Krabi Taxi Service and Mr Chai

We used Mr Chai and his taxi service three times for airport transfer in Ao Nang, from Ao Nang to Phuket and then from Phuket Patong Beach to airport. Driver was there always on time and in very comfortable vans. Mr Chai is very quick to respond and handled these transfers very professionally and had the best price as a bonus. I will always use him if we visit Thailand again. You should too. You won’t be disappointed.

Excellent Reliable Service

My family has used Krabi Taxi Service over the last 2 years. We have used the service traveling from Krabi airport to Ao Nang and then from Ao Nang to Koh Lanta with return services as well. We have continually been impressed with the level of service - friendly competent drivers, always early and newer clean vehicles. Arranging transportation is very easy - Mr. Chai responds quickly is very helpful. We will never consider using any other taxi service. This one is perfect!!

One of the best taxi service in Krabi

My wife and I were in Krabi for a week and used the service of Krabi Taxi Services. They were always prompt and punctual. Contacting them was very easy via Whatsapp and Mr. Chai (the owner) was really helpful. One time we were trekking and my wife sprained her ankle and Mr. Chai contacted the Park Rangers for us and got us the help we need. Their fleet is also clean and the rates are really reasonable. I was very impressed with their level of professionalism and I would definitely recommend their service to anyone looking for a reliable taxi service in Krabi. Just blindly go with them.

The best taxi service in Krabi

We booked a hotel transfer from Krabi airport. Our driver, K.Chai, was very professional, polite, and also friendly. The car was new and clean. We really impressed with the service and would definitely recommend this to anyone who is reading this review : )

Respond very fast, i was sent order email to them at night and they respond within 30mins . Price at list our clearly and no hidden cost.
On the day he come to pickup, he is on time! ( i was tried other pickup services and come late everytime >.< ) the driver is polite and nice with caring. he also remain us the return pick up date and time.
that's the best taxi services i use in Krabi. Highly recommended

Way above and beyond my expectation

I booked their service and communicated via Whatsapp, for my airport transfer on both arrival as well as from hotel to Krabi airport. They were punctual on both occasions. They were very responsive. Instructions were clear. You just need to provide them your name (for them to display at arrival hall), your flight number and arrival time in your Whatsapp. For pickup time upon arrival at airport, you may need to give yourself about 1hr buffer from your arrival time (due to the immigration process, depending on the crowd). My flight arrived Krabi Airport 12.15pm, however, i informed them to pick me up at 1pm instead. And true enough, i only left the immigration and customs at 1.15pm. Same goes for your return trip. You may need to ask them to pick u up from your hotel at least 2-3 hrs before your departure time.

When i landed, the driver welcomed me at arrival hall and escorted me to the pickup point area (they have just revamped their airport. it looks totally new and more organized so you will not get lost). The transportation was beyond my expectation. I initially thought my ride was a standard car since im travelling solo, but came a van. An air conditioned spacious van all to myself. So of course, i definitely went to book them again for my return trip. Both drivers were polite and friendly.

Partly another reason why i opted them was because theirs was a more cheaper option compared to those airport transfer services provided by the hotel or the street booths (this option applies if you'd prefer to have a private transport of your own. if you are on a budget and prefer a cheaper option, you may opt for a shared airport transfer service which street booths offer, where you will ride a shared transport with other passengers from other hotels). Overall, i reached both locations safely, punctual and it was a peaceful ride on both occasions.

Krabi Taxi Service -best taxi service in krabi

I had booked krabi taxi service from ao nang area krabi to krabi bus terminal,it was very good and Swift service. Price is cheaper than what the hotels would charge and the taxi is on time. I would recommend krabi taxi service for anyone visiting krabi for airport or bus terminal transfers across krabi. Thank you for your timely and prompt service.

Friendly and reliable taxi service in Krabi

As the title says, I found it very easy (via WhatsApp) to arrange a taxi with this company to Krabi airport from the Sofitel resort. The owner got back to my messages quickly, answered all my questions and agreed a good price (which was much better than the price quoted by my hotel). On the day, the driver was punctual, polite and friendly and (most importantly) drove smoothly. I will definitely use this company again next time I am in this neck of the woods.

Easy and fast booking via Whatsapp (or whatever other channel you prefer). Nice quality of the car. Drivers drove careful, comfortable and respected speed limits. We used Krabi Taxi services multiple times on our holiday and can recommend it.
