Alan picked us up at our hotel and brought us to an area where I was able to practice and learn how to drive a motorbike for the first time. Alan was extremely patient and encouraged me to take all the time I needed to feel safe and confident. Since we were short on time, we also asked Alan if he could guide us to different places, and he was more than happy. He brought us through roads that weren’t too crazy for a first time driver. We’re so happy we found this company because our hotel was offering motorbikes to rent, but my husband who is an experienced driver said it didn’t feel safe, and they also refused to acknowledge that one of the tires was a little flat. I would highly recommend this company if you’re looking for an affordable place to rent safe and sturdy bikes.

Took a day trip from Hanoi to Ninh Binh to check out tam coc, Mua caves and Trang an. I messaged the company the day before and they organised a bike for us as we got off the train. Their store is directly across the road from the train station which made pick up and drop off extremely easy.
Unlike other bike hires we had to fill up straight away (just around the corner), you only need a quarter to half a tank for a day trip around this area. The petrol staff will ask and fill roughly $40,000vnd.

We contacted Alan while still in the UK to ask for advice about what to rent as we had no motorbike experience. During many WhatsApp exchanges he couldn't have been more helpful and we agreed to hire two 50cc motorbikes. Alan delivered these to our homestay and gave us both our first motorbike lesson. He did not rush this but took his time until we were comfortable...he had a warm manner and a lovely sense of humour. He also checked up on us after our first day of riding. We were very happy with the service he offered and would happily rent from him again. Many thanks Alan

Couldn’t of asked for a better experience, I had never driven a moped before, let alone in Vietnam, so I was very nervous. The guy was extremely helpful and him and his daughter took me out to some empty roads and spent a good hour with me teaching before going off on my own which helped a lot. The bike was good didn’t have any problems and was easy to use once I got the hang of it. He didn’t even ask for any extra cash for the lesson. Overall really nice experience and would recommend it for your first time biking.

Amazing service! Many options to choose from, for competitive prices. They came and delivered the bike to our hotel early in the morning and upon returning the bike they allowed us to drive back to our hotel on the motorbike and followed us to bring the bike back to their office. Would definitely recommend them if you need a bike to discover the Tam Coc/Ninh Binh area :)

You should definitely rent from these guys if you're planning on riding motorbikes in Ninh Binh. We made a reservation via email prior to arrival, and communication with Mr Hoang and his wife was smooth as they spoke great English. We rented a scooter for 2 days for a reasonable price. They were punctual with pickup and drop-off and well. They went above and beyond to see that our needs were met. Highly recommended! Thank you!

Alan’s service was perfect from beginning to end. This was the first time renting a bike for me and he gave me a short lesson to make sure I was confident and let me try out a few different bikes before leaving. The bike worked well during the trip and Alan even dropped me back to the hotel upon returning. Would recommend using his services.

Top service! Alan was great! He very conveniently brought the motorbike to our hotel and picked it up also. Price was more than fair and he also gave us some good lessons on how to drive as it was our first time. I can only say, whenever you need a bike in Ninh Binh area, Alan is your guy. The best motorbike rental I have ever seen across Cambodia, Philippines and Vietnam. The owner knows very good English, is always available at the
