We visited Sri Lanka for 12 days and hired a personal driver for the entire trip. from A4 Tours. Our driver was Gemunu who had a Toyota Prius which was clean with ample room for 2 persons, 2 big and 2 small suitcases. The price per day was very competitive and favorable compared to other quotes we received. Gemunu was punctual, patient and knowledgeable about each location we visited. He was a very safe and trustworthy. As a result, our trip was very relaxing and worry free. We even managed to find some bargains due to Gemunu's knowledge. We highly recommend A4 Tours for personal driver hire, definitely ask for Gemunu depending on your party size. A4 Tours office is in Negombo nearby CMB airport and the whole process is very efficient.

We used A4 Tours for our honeymoon to Sri Lanka and highly recommend booking through them. Very prompt at replying to emails and queries prior to our arrival. Our driver Lenard was a great tour guide - very knowledgable and friendly, and a safe driver. Overall a fantastic trip and don't hesitate to book through A4 Tours/request Lenard as your driver.

We used the services of A4 Tours for our Sri Lanka trip and it was just fantastic. The professionalism and patience of the team in drawing up our every changing and demanding itinerary (4 locations in a span of 6 days) was just highly appreciated. They looked after each and every aspect of the trip and we didn’t have to worry about anything- all we had to do was just sit back and enjoy the ride. I was very particular about the need for flexibility and changing our plans as we went along and they just raised to the occasion whenever we wanted. I must especially mention two people Ms Hiruni (our trip organiser) for her immense patience in dealing with ever changing plans which could have gone haywire with covid but she remained calm, professional, polite and so very helpful. She ensured that each and every request of ours was responded to swiftly and to our satisfaction. The other person I should highlight is Mr Dinesh (our driver cum tour guide) for his knowledge, honesty, friendly manner, calm demeanour, excellent driving skills and pleasant company which has to be appreciated and applauded. He made us feel secure during our journey, took us to some great restaurants to experience excellent food, was patient in answering our innumerable questions about Sri Lanka and its culture and people. We loved travelling with him and would want to choose him as our tour guide every time we would visit SriLanka. I highly recommend A4 Tours to all my family and friends if they want to have a memorable trip in Sri Lanka.

We visited Sri Lanka through A4 tours and were very pleased with the service we got. They listened to what we wanted and accommodated the Itenary to suit us. Special mention to our driver lenard, he was particularly attentive to our needs, very knowledgable about all the places we visited and made sure we were happy and safe all the time. We visited negombo, sigria, recommend a village tour here, which lenard told us about. Train journey from kandy to nuwariya Elia, beautiful views and finished off in Bentota for a relaxing 2 days before heading back.
I would definately recommend visiting Sri Lanka. A4 tours and our driver/guide lenard made it one of best holidays we've had so far.

A4 Tours was very accommodating and hands-on when it comes to assisting me during my trip to Sri Lanka. From the ETA Approval, PCR Tests, Approval to departure to Sri Lanka.
Sri Lanka is still very strict with its travel restrictions due to the pandemic so you really need a tour guide/agency that will process everything for you while you’re in the country. I was just glad that I chose A4 tours. From assisting me with my documents needed and helping me know the guidelines/rules in the country, they are always ready to guide me and remind me of everything in order for me to have a smooth trip in Sri Lanka.
Although many attractions were not yet opened, the company provided us options we can see. We got to enjoy Sigiriya because of them, the place was only open to tourists on Tuesdays and Thursdays and they got us a permit. Since we were going from Dodangoda, they got to arrange us a stay at another hotel. We also have a few stops in the city.
Shout out to Fernando, Hiruni, and Isuru for making this happen!

We visited Srilanka on April , a family of 5 .
I have searched for an agency to plan our trip and take care of everything needed , at first I sent an email to a few agencies and A4 gave me the most professional feedback, Hiruni from the office was very responsive and did everything to make the adjustments we requested while planing the trip , Mr. Fernando ( the owner) was involved in the process and all was well planned.
We had a warm welcoming and the driver assigned to us -Isuru was the kindest, big hearted, professional and loving person ! The kids loved him and so did we !
The hotels were super , the sightseeing was unbelievable and we had the perfect stay !!!!
I warmly recommend using the services offered by this agency ❤️

I intend to give my feedback on behalf of my husband who has gotten service from A4 Tours.
I warmly give my thanks to you for your wonderful service to us during this pandemic situation in Srilanka. My husband had to visit Srilanka from USA for our marriage purpose. According to the Srilanka government regulations,he had to get an ETA approval from the relevant authority. Initially we didn't have enough clear information about the ETA process.
Then I came to know about the travel agent services and found A4 Tours. I queried them and received immediate responses. Then they requested us to provide needed documents and to make payment for hotel booking and other requirements of ETA process. Once we met the all requirements by them, we received the ETA approval within one day.
Due to Covid shutdown in Srilanka at the end of May and early June, the trip had to be canceled. Then we were able to book hotel and airport pickup again in July, with no additional charges through A4 Tours.
Also due to delays with the flight, we had to change the arrival time to Srilanka by 7 hours later, and was able to communicate with them quite easily and received service promptly.
We extremely satisfied with their services and again would like to thank for the help with all the issues we have faced till arriving in Srilanka.
I highly recommended A4 Tours to Travel Srilanka.

Due to Covid-19 srilankan government changed the rules for tourist. Usually we get ETA immediately after we applied. I got my tickets and I applied for ETA one week ago and I didn’t know I have to get the permission from srilankan tourism first. I had very short time some of my friend recommended different agents and they asked more than my tickets price for their service. But I check online and found A4tours I send them message. Mr Fernando replied immediately and I told him my situation and with in a short time he applied for my ETA . And I received my ETA very quick Thanks MR Fernando and A4tours for their reliable service and the way they retreated me . I hope they will keep the same service when I book them next time as well .

I never usually use a travel agency but with all the COVID restrictions in place and constantly changing, i decided it was best for my trip to Sri Lanka. Thankful i did too because days before i arrived the country went into lockdown but luckily kept their tourism sites open so i ended up having my own private tour of the country. Hiruni and his team took care of arranging everything and my private driver, Aruna, was amazing. I had the opportunity to visit normally busy places like Sigiriya Lion Rock and The Temple of Tooth Relic all to myself. Most importantly, they made sure my tour included lots of elephants- my absolutely favorite animal and one of the main reasons i wanted to visit. Lastly, Hiruni was kind enough to send me home with some hand made elephants and i have them displayed right in my living room for everyone to see and to remind me of my incredible trip. I had a once in a lifetime experience thanks to the A4 team and will never forget it. I will be back :)

A4 Tours have been very patient and accommodative from the day we started conversing about places of interest in SriLanka. They agreed and suggested few things which helped us in visiting many places.
We had an incident on Day 2 and the team were supportive throughout . We owe them a lot for the support.
Special mention is Hiruni and Leanard. Hiruni was our contact person for the entire junket and Leanard was our chauffer. He drove us safe and was our Srilanka knowledge bank

I jatin Desai India visited srilanka yesterday and took one day trip from A4 tours .Mr Fernando personally came to Airport at 5 am .He was very cooperative and also offered a short stay to refresh at hotel .The driver Riaz was too good and cooperative.Overall travels with excellent service . Enjoyed the short trip.
