Just took 25 min by long tail boat from our hotel, I think it is ok to spend a morning here. Sand is ok (I found the sand of Tubkaak Beach is better), low visibility under water, you can see some fishes swimming around you (but not those colorful fish). It is enjoyable to get a ride on long tail... More

This is Beautiful island and my favourite out of the Thailand islands i have visited. We came here on a tour by speedboat which was a fun way to get here. The lagoon is stunning and a great spot for photos, however when we first arrived it was very crowded with other boats as they all seem to arrive at... More

Booked a boat tour and one of the stops was Hong Island where we transferred to a canoe operated by a local and went into the centre of the Hong Island rocky outcrops. Toured a number of caves and went for a swim in the middle of the outcrop. Rain was pouring down - but it was still a great... More

Paid 2000 Baht for 2, price includes travelling to a few islands, national park entrance fee, lunch and unlimited cold bottled water. Pick-up at hotel was around 9am, and we returned at around 3pm. We traveled by Krabi Discovery speedboat.Though longtail boats were cheaper, we passed by some during another tour and their engines were really noisy. We also weren't... More

Awesome scenery, something that I can never get in my country. Awesome experience too, where you have to both sit and lie down in a canoe (with a guide) to go into the caves, and be mesmerised with the scenery upon reaching the end of the caves. A definite place to visit again, and again!

Arrived by longtailboat. Expensive trip 2500 bht. Taxes 300 per person. Remember to bring water/food if you stay 10-16. Pluss: wonderful beach, sand, view. The longtailboat stopped in the beautiful lagoon. We met goannas. Hammocks in some trees to sleep in the shadow Minus: expensive, garbage not picked up land/sea, lack of food/drinks in the cafetheria since there are too... More

The weather was a challenge and we had to postpone our initial booking due to cancellation by the tour company. Took the speedboat option and it was a challenge with 2 toddlers. The boat was packed and we could only get seats in the front. Avoid at all cost the front boat seats as the jerk and movement will be... More
