All 18 holes of the course are open (Front Brinchang Nine and Back Tanah Rata Nine). In general the fairways and greens are in good condition. Sadly the Clubhouse has not been well maintained and it's starting to show with amenities such as no soap in the showers, along with tap handles missing in a number of showers. Green fees... More

If you're allergic to bee stings, don't play golf here. The Club management doesn't issue any precautions about possible attacks by swarms of bees even after several incidents of golfers being attacked, and if you get stung, don't expect them to be sincerely sympathetic!

Playing golf in cool and scenic surroundings is what golfers come to Cameron Highlands for but it has taken so long to get the course back into play due to numerous delays that one can only play 9 holes, the other 9 being 'maintained'.

Revamp of the course has taken a long time and still the second 9 only looks to be ready early 2015. The course layout is still challenging and many previous holes now completely reversed / turned around. Can't complain about the superb weather tho. Lots of nice memories so a little biased here. Especially the days when RM 40+ would... More

This is a beautiful course. At the moment the back 9 are being re-constructed but by 2015 the whole lot should be open. You are recommended to have a caddy when you play but the guys are really knowledgeable about the course. You don't have to be a member.

I have played the course half a dozen times over the 8 to 10 years whenever we visit the highlands. The course has changed a couple of times and different nines open due to work . The greens are not as good during my last visit and the back nine not open but still an enjoyable time out on the... More

Near to strawberry park, it is actually a good experience to come here looking at the nice golf course view and take some photos. If you never have chance to enter any gold course and passby here, may spend half an hour here. (p/s: no entrance fee required for looking around & taking photos here :P)

The course is a bit old and rough around the edges. Hilly and narrow fairways. Grass a bit rough, but common in MY. We had a good time though and had nice weather. Good Pro shop and Pro.

I played the course for the first time back in 1989 and have had a chance to play 5-6 times since. It is without doubt in its best condition ever. The back nine has re-opened and is in great shape. I hear the front nine will be redone soon, so you may want to check before you visit to see... More

Kelab Golf Sultan Ahmad Shah located about 4km after Tanah Rata town center, heading towards Brincang, very near to the main road. We enjoyed play golf at Kelab Golf Sultan Ahmad Shah, Cameron Highlands even though only the first 9 holes open to public, the second 9 holes still closed and will be open to public just after the opening...
