Olang I, II, Kronplatz I, II, Kronplatz 2000, Ried are the main entering posts where long lines of people wait in the morning. It takes 16 mins to get on the top via Olang I,II. However it is great place where begginers and also good skier can find their best. Ski school for children. Restaurant almost everywhere. If you are... More

Olang I, II, Kronplatz I, II, Kronplatz 2000, Ried are the main entering posts where long lines of people wait in the morning during the peak season. Fine but difficult slopes, long enough for all are Sylvester, Hernegg, Ried. They are not for beginners and not for children. They can find easier Marchner, Sonne, Belvedere or Alpen. We all miss... We stayed in Brunico (at the foot of Kronplatz) from 24/2-3/3 and although there was no snow in the valley and the temperatures were quite mild, up at the top it was all perfect! Lots of terrain (about 114km I think) for all abilities, so nobody got bored. Big, wide open pistes, mostly tree lined and a fantastic lift system... More

Were here for the first time and we love it. Well prepared ski slopes despite the higher temperatures, generously wide slopes of every possible difficulty, enough to keep you busy for a week without getting bored. Ski storage excellent, as well as other services, from ski bus to culinary and entertainment possibilities. Will definitely return.

What an easy place to enjoy a family ski trip. great family, new stylish eating area at the top of the resort. Good snow making facilities for those times when it's not snowing. great ski rental/hire places at the base of the ski hill if you need them. the eating areas at the top of the gondola have large portions... I'm 17 years old girl with 11 years of skiing experience and Kronplatz is a place for all! You can choose between nice blue slopes (there's a lot of them) for beginners but there are nice red and black ones too! The only thing i don't likeis the fact that after going to black diamond picolino you have to take... More

This is a nice spot, where lots of lifts meet. We went there in summer so on top lots of people used the sun to get a better complexion. We went up there to use one of the hiking trails back into the valley of Stefansdorf. We used the lift in Reiperting and payed 20€ each. The lift was for... More

Lovely ski resort for all levels of skiers, some nice blue, red and black slopes and the majority of slopes and lifts start at the top of the mountain, making it ideal for teaching ski and snowboard groups. The mountain is full of lovely huts especially the Bivaco hut (nicknamed "Patatjesbar") is a must do on a sunny day (try... More

We have been here several times, we love this resort and return every time. Beautiful ski slopes and there is every type od ski slope, cable-cars almost everywhere, so you are not cold on the way up. In front of the ski huts are sunbeds and seats.

This is my second year visiting this ski area. The pistes are great and so well maintained. The man made snow is second to none. There's something for everyone challengeing skiing thru' to the longest and best nursery slopes I have ever witnessed. Another plus is it's relatively Brit free!!! The resorts around the Kronplatz ski area are brilliant with... More
