Completed my open water dives here....poor visibility on day but did what was required. Great bacon sandwich served in cafe between dives. Would only visit in warmer weather.

The diving there is lovely the visability is clearer in the winter but its great to do open water diving and seeing the perch swim around and with you, there are some interesting obsticals down there as well, a school bus is just one of the many delights to find :):):) Carly

First dive there and wouldn't go back in a hurry. Had a good site orientation from staff when we arrived but generally found the staff a bit clicky with their own sense of humour- just didn't get them. Asked what viz was like and got a wishy washy answer so I asked another diver and staff member said "oh I... More

I'm a regular visitor to this lake helping out a dive school with training, also recreational diving myself. This visit was for my sons dive courses. There is ample parking even on the busiest weekends. Arthur's food is the best my wife's favourite this visit was the nachos. The visibility can be a bit hit or miss but that's understandable... Did 4 open water dives here, it's a great place to learn and has a good atmosphere despite everyone being cold when they get out the lake. I would suggest Saturday's if your going for a dive only because by Sunday the visibility can be poor with so many people exploring. The cafe is worth a visit, staff are friendly... More

This is my nearest inland dive centre and is ideally located to serve a lot of divers, however, the people who run the place are rude and very unhelpful, the facilities for actual divers are very thin on the ground, as there are very few kitting up areas especially ones that cater for twinset/rebreather divers and the people who operate... We visited wraysbury for a 2 day open water course. Staff were very curtious and helpfull. Lake had poor visibility due to divers stirring up the bottom but apart from that was an enjoyable 2 days and will be returning. Can highly recommend the loaded nachos for lunch.

Booked to do a Padi Drysuit course at Wraysbury Dive Centre by email. Quick and helpful replies. When we got there, we were invited to grab a drink and a bacon sandwich from the great little cafe, which offered a good range of food and the staff were smiley and friendly. We were instructed on the day course by Richard... More

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff complete with a well stocked dive shop and bar/restaurant. Good selection of comfort food high in carbohydrate to help with those second dives. Wraysbury's also a test centre for various dive manufacturers so you can sometimes help you help them test the latest kit.
