This is a private beach (resort beach) but anyone can actually enjoy it. You can aslso eat at the restaurant without being a client at the resort (thankfully, because there is not much around where to eat, otherwise!). The manager is very friendly there. Shallow turquoise water. One of the most beautiful beaches in the world! We drove an hour... More

Been coming here for a drink or meal for about 15 years when on holiday and always make a special trip or two up from Salt Pond where I stay. The beach is still beautiful, the bar and terrace are still a welcome Oasis in what can be quite a barren and unforgiving landscape - seascape different story. The last... More

Besides the nice villas along the whitest of white sand(was like walking on flour) beach the water on landscape are awe inspiring.I have been to some beautiful spots but this was just amazing!

The best beach on Long Island, clear turquoise water, powdered sugar sand and a spectacular view. A must do on your next visit to the Cape. Get your Cape On!

We had visited 10 years ago, and planned a return visit for Spring Break with our 12 year old daughter. Some concern with no tv in our cottage and limited internet. No problem. We had a great visit for 5 days, with excellent food and friendly staff. We had every meal on the property with 12 yo fav banana bread... More

The sand and water are amazing. While swimming you look around and think, 'Is this real?' The sand is perfectly white and clean. The water is shades of blue that you thought only came on photoshop.

We did not stay at Cape Santa Maria Resort. We were exploring the island and thought we'd see what it looked like for ourselves. It is on the North end of the island on the Caribbean side. It was beautiful and we walked through the resort to look at everything. Looked like they had kayaks and bicycles for guests, but... More

Long, powder sand beach. Great for a walk or swim. The Cape facilities include a bar & grill. We stayed at Stella Maris, who provided a pavilion on the beach. They provided lunch and drinks.

The waters off Long Island at Cape Santa Maria are so many shades of blue you can just sit and watch it all day. The white sand is the softest sand I have ever felt. But the best part of Long Island beaches, there is no one on them. If there is, you move to the next one, just as... More
