We visited Harbour Island earlier this month and our day out on the boat with Conch and Coconut was the high light of our trip! We fed sea turtles, snorkeled, visited Pig Island, stopped for a delicious lunch at Wreckers, and ended with a sunset picnic on man island. The boat was beautiful and comfortable. Captain Ray and Shaq were awesome and took very good care of us (so much so- that when my phone fell out of my pocket and into the water while exiting the boat, Captain Ray put on goggles and jumped in to find it. Successfully I might add- typing from said phone currently) I can’t recommend booking a private charter with Conch and Coconut enough- it’s the best way to experience the Bahamas!

Shaq and team at Conch Coconut are the best! Extremely professional, with a wealth of local knowledge and experience, they can organize everything from a bike ride across Eleuthera to a swimming with sea turtles to a spectacular beach picnic to celebrate a special occasion. Highly recommend them to anyone new to Harbour Island, or return visitors who want to try something new.
Our family visit to Harbour Island this December 2022 was made even better thanks to Shaq and team. They were waiting on arrival to take us to our house, available to book restaurants and even organized to pick up new running shoes when mine went missing and deliver them to me the next day. They go above and beyond and don't know the meaning of no or can't. Plus they are such fun to spend time with - always offering latest tips and info.

We had a party of 10 vacationing in Harbor Island and used Conch & Coconut for a boat ride to the Spanish Wells and another private island. I can't say enough about how amazing the boat ride was. We had Ray (Captain) and Joe (Co- Captain), they were beyond amazing had their job. We had to pretty experienced boat drivers on the boat and they couldn't stop raving on how amazing both young men were. They ensured we had everything we needed and made sure we had the best time. When it came to setting up the trip Alex, was beyond helpful and was also able to help us with reservation suggestions and places to eat! Alex was wonderful to chat with and help us plan our excursions while on the island. Highly recommend Conch & coconut!

I highly recommend the Conch & Coconut team for big groups or small. They know everything about Harbour Island and their attention to detail is impeccable.
We took out one of their boats and had a wonderful time. The captain and first mate were extremely knowledgeable about the area and best sites to see.

Shaq and the Conch & Coconut team are fantastic! We were a group of two families and stayed on Harbor Island for about a week. We chose to go with them for golf cart rentals, a full day boat charter, their Eleuthera land tour, a fishing trip and a sunset cruise. Every one of their staff was professional, friendly and fun, and they all went out of their way to make sure we had a great time.
Highly recommend this company. As far as I can tell, they are the best in the area. Thank you again; we will be back!

I’ve travelled to Briland more than a dozen times in the last 10 ys. There are many, many reasons why we spend our time here and although I usually navigate most of what’s needed, the addition of Conch and Coconut to the landscape has been an absolute joy and ease.
This one stop shop just gets it. Shaq and the team have been super responsive with everything including our last minute annoying asks; ensuring some provisions were at the house in advance, picking up / finding lost bags, navigating private charter flights etc. etc.
I’ve never written a review for anyone but so compelled after our boat charter yesterday, C & C worked with our budget and limited time and we are still on cloud nine.
This one stop shop just gets it. Shaq and the team have been super responsive with everything including our last minute annoying asks; ensuring some provisions were at the house in advance, picking up / finding lost bags, navigating private charter flights etc. etc.

We just returned from our 2nd trip to Harbour Island have used Conch & Coconut both times for golf cart rental.
The first time, we had their top tier cart and this time that wasn't available so we had their mid-tier lifted cart. They worked through a vendor to provide this cart.
A couple of days in, we had an issue with the cart and what seemed to be its battery connection. I called Conch and Coconut and literally within 10 minutes, the vendor came to where we were and swapped out the cart. Conch and Coconut staff called me twice with updates and to check the status. This was unbelievable concierge service!
It's one thing to please a customer when all goes well but their service when we had a wrinkle blew me away.
Also, we arrived in a torrential storm associated with a cold front. We hopped in a taxi instead of walking to our designated pick up spot. I called the team and told them we were at our resort instead. They said no problem and retrieved it from the original spot and brought it to us. I wouldn't ever want to change where we agreed but that rain was something else. They were so kind to pivot so quickly!
We will continue to rent through them!

After going to Harbour Island for many years, I can confidently say that using Conch & Coconut for their many services is a MUST. They are not only beyond professional, but extremely well organized and do truly offer the best services on the island. Whether it is their boutique concierge services, boat/charter rentals, golf carts, etc. - they are the most premium on the island while maintaining extremely competitive prices, which only increases the value of what they offer. They tailor their services & plans to whatever it is that you're looking to do which makes it a very personalized experience.
Shaq took us out on the boat and as we're not into snorkeling or fishing, he took us around islands searching for exactly what we love most - lounging on deserted beaches & sandbars, visiting the rope swing & sea turtles and showing us the beautiful landscape around the islands. It truly could not have been a more perfect two days that we spent with him on the boat. Their golf cart rentals are also unparalleled, and even offer airport to hotel transportation services.
For all this and more, seriously - look no further. You can't visit Harbour Island without using Conch & Coconut for all your rentals and concierge services! Cannot wait to go back!!!

Wow, to say that Conch and Coconut is five stars is such an understatement. Let me start with Shaq. We initially met back in December 2019. He is friendly, honest, forthcoming, and accommodating. We were in the midst of coordinating what we were about to find out would be a pandemic wedding. In our multiple trips down to Harbour Island for wedding planning he went above and beyond booking restaurant reservations, spear fishing trips, golf cart rentals, and always with a smile on his face.
Then COVID-19 hit, our wedding was postponed, our welcome party venue closed, and our guests had a million questions as to the logistics on the island. We immediately called our friend Shaq. He was our boots on the ground hero. Shaq reserved 30+ golf carts for our wedding guests, coordinated a private flight for a guest stuck in Miami, last minute bone fishing expeditions, and above all planned and entire Thursday evening welcome party for 48 guests complete with food and all you can drink top shelf liquor. He did this while abiding by local curfew laws, meeting the social distancing requirements, and bending over backwards for us. We held 4 catered wedding events, all of our guests collectively reported the best food of the entire weekend was Conch and Coconut's event.
I'm coming to tears as I write this thinking about what a blessing Shaq has been in our life. He truly is one of the nicest people I've ever met and I honestly don't know how we would have gotten thru this wedding planning without him.
If you are thinking about booking anything in Harbour Island, do not hesitate to call Shaq. He will come through for you with a fair, timely, and fun plan of action. Whether its a home rental, a boat charter, a golf cart rental, or dinner reservation you need Shaq on your team.
We're so blessed to have met him and now call him a dear friend.

Hello,
I'm inquiring about your private boat charters for 12 people on Saturday, June 1. We are staying at Valentines and looking to explore the islands for the day, making a stop at the pig island. We'd like to have rosé on the boat and either stop for lunch at a fun spot or have lunch prepared for us. We'll be celebrating my friend's engagement.
