We visited this friendly smokehouse a few years ago when it was just getting established and decided to call again recently as we were passing through Glenuig. We were very pleased to find that the food was even more delicious than we remembered and the...More

We love everything they stock but our absolute favourites have to be the smoked salmon and cheeses. They sell great range of gifts too. Not sure how they cram so many goodies in such a small space. I tried to order some smoked salmon at...More

In a very picturesque part of the Ardnamurchan Peninsula the Ardshealach Smokehouse is a true delight for lovers of smoked fish and other smoked food. We were told that the owners hopes to be able to show visitors the smoking process in the future.

Stopped here to buy some cheese and smoked salmon. Friendly staff and most helpful in their advice. There was an array of items to choose from - chutneys and jams etc.

Writing this with the musky smell of venison still on my fingers with my hand wanting to dart back into the packet for more. Good selection of smoked foods of varying sizes to take away and scoff. Definitely go back.

this little smokehouse is located very close to the bay with stunning views. It is a little shop selling all kinds of smoked food. You would expect it to be fish, meat but I was really stunned. What to think of smoked cheddar cheese, or...More

A brief visit to the smokehouse - bought some fantastic smoked duck which has been greatly enjoyed. Also some smoked cream cheese which is unusual but good. Highly recommended. Very friendly welcome from German owner.
