You might not find much you want to spend your money on, but you'll certainly pass a happy hour wandering around the 'pods' and browsing through their wares. Doggy life jackets? - They're the in-thing for canines on Northumbria beaches. And the dogs are just...More

Visited Amble to go to the Seafood Centre & Lobster Hatchery - hadn't been for a few years - the town is really trying hard to sell itself and attract more visitors - WELL DONE - definitely worth a visit

We visited this small working habour and whilst there is not a massive amount there the habour village pods are great. Some lovely gifts , nice quality and not the usual seaside tat. The cheesecake was bought to take home was lovely. Worth a visit.
