These three mountains are known as The Three Sisters, named after the three distinctive ridges of Bidean Nam Bian Mountain, and are Glencoe's most photographed landmark. It is world-renowned for being one of the most beautiful places in Scotland, and visiting The Three Sisters is a great way to experience the spectacular scenery of the Scottish Highlands. You'll find plenty of hills and waterfalls, and you'll be rewarded with stunning panoramic views. There are different routes in the area, the best known is undoubtedly the lost valley.
We stopped for a while but being on a guided excursion we didn't have time to take any route. If you have time, try to get lost in the area since the place to trek has a look that you cannot see.

A beautiful part of the glen, there are various ways to enjoy it. This ranges from simply stopping at the car park viewpoint opposite (free parking). However, at minimum the car park gives access to an easy flat(ish) walk trail up and down the glen to take a walk under the sisters.

Then of course there is the lost valley walk which goes between two of the sisters. What I really enjoyed, though, was walking up Am Bodach on the opposite side of the glen, which affords excellent views of the sisters and glen. It is a steep climb, mind, but gorgeous.

The Three Sisters are great for their views, we did not walk up them, just admired them from afar with our guide from Alba Experiences.
It had been raining, but that added to the views. The clouds made the mountain range stand out more.

The views going north to Three Sisters and the views around the car park are amazing and worth it. A must see. Great place to visit so be sure to see what else you can do in the area.

Sadly our tour bus only let us stay for about 15-20'. But each second was well worth it! The snow tipped Sisters were majestic, with the mist coming down the gullies. Can't wait to go back and take a long hike.

A short drive on the bike from Oban and I was in the magnificent Glencoe. The view of the three sisters and Bideam nam Bain is breathtaking. This is an awe inspiring place All too often are the words awesome, magnificent and incredible used to describe a place. In this instance the words simply don’t do it justice.

Its lovely but beware parking in the new coach park. Its a hundred pound fine for parking in a coach bay and your car will be so blocked in and you cant even drive off when you are getting the ticket.

The views were beautiful, but the parking situation was bananas. People keep squeezing in without any thought about how the other cars will exit. This was a weekday in September. The views are very accessible from the carpark or you can walk further or hike.
