Lovely and quaint, but not much to keep you there, cliff walks are lovely for those active enough. Would be nicer in the summer.

Visited in March, very misty, but still lots to see. Half the restaurants and shops were closed, but we had a fine meal in the Cambrian Inn, walking it off with a visit to the headland settlement in the afternoon.

Very nice little village, lovely walk on the estuary down river. Car park on the front right by path on to estuary, toilets open.

Great place to walk the dogs or the kids. Solva is a hidden gem and there are plenty of cafes, few shops but so worth visiting and you have got to go to the Cambrian for a burger.

This place is a must stop. We arrived on a very cold, wet windy day and still enjoyed it here. The coastal path can be picked up and when the tides out you can walk along the beach. It does come in fairly quick so keep a watch out. Several places to eat here and shops. Highly recommended!

This is a stunningly beautiful village next to the sea to visit. There's a few antique shops but you would go to look at the sea or walk along the coastal path.

A very attractive village with multi coloured houses and a lovely setting for the harbour. Its difficult to imagine ships departing for the USA in years gone by. The whole area is attractive and there is plenty of walking right out to the see.

Solva is a village of two parts, the Lower has the sea, harbour, pubs, shops etc and the upper, Churches, Houses and a great village shop. I love Solva, so much crammed into such a small place. Our routine is usually park the car, He's goes to the pub and I go to the shops, Window On Wales is a... More

Located on a sandy tidal inlet,Solva is a beautiful village served by several pubs / cafes for good food and ales. Looks best when the tide is in and is good for kids to play / dog walking when the tide is out. On the Pembrokeshire coastal footpath.
