....and relax....

I attended a Wellness day which involved a taster of HITT, Pilates, Mindfullness, Meditation and Clean eating. We also got to use the Hot Tub, Infrared Sauna and had a lovely long walk around the beautiful village of Lawrenny. Amber is a lovely, friendly host and we were made to feel so welcome at the farmhouse. Highly recommended if you want to relax and unwind.

First visit today, on arrival we were immersed in the sounds of singing birds and buzzing bees, celebrated over a herbal tea in this tranquil setting nested in the heart of Pembrokeshire. Andrew and Amber the friendly hosts have a gem of a place that we would have loved to stay longer but this visit was a working day. Hot tub, fresh water and the Geo dome being a memorabe place to practice yoga. The feeling of inside out, surrounded by local woodland and the out building crafted with local materials and enough fresh air and loveliness to make for a perfect afternoon trip. Thanks guys for a fitting us in at such short notice, we will be back soon

Even better than the Web site
May 2016
It's the people that make a place. And when they give you a warm welcome to such a beautiful part of Britain, you know you're in for a treat. But it's less about them pampering you, more about you allowing yourself to unwind. That snug feeling of, “I'm so relaxed, I wanna come back” is what Rebalance Retreats has honed well through a simple but clever structure. Start off with some exhilarating sea-kayaking (with an enthusiastic guide who can discuss coastal sea-birds and world-class geology). Then turn things down a notch with a non-threatening mindfulness art session (using self-made drawing pens from sapling branches). A bit of gentle yoga here, an outdoor hot-tub there – how can it possibly get better? It does. A late night sing-along round the barbecue followed by a comfortable bed in a centuries-old farmhouse – that's how. Oh, and did I mention the full-body massage? I'll be coming back again for sure.

A blissful and very restful weekend experience in Permbrokeshire
May 2016 • Couples
Within 24hrs of arriving, I had already forgotten about London, within 48, I was totally immersed in a blissful and tranquil environment. Sea Kayaking in morning started the adventure (a packed lunch ate on the beach after an hour kayaking), which ended with a hot tub and a well deserved full body massage. Food was great. The hosts catered for my dietary requirements which can be challenging somewhat.

This a lovely farmhouse stay which centres on treatment and relaxation, which in my opinion, provides more than you will get from a clinical spa like establishment. I do highly recommend that you give it a go - I will be going back....

Perfect in every way

I really really can't recommend this place enough. I went for 4 day weekend and every thing was absolutely wonderful. The location is stunning, with pristine woods and wild flowers to walk through, lily ponds to contemplate and incredible coastal views. The food is fantastic and Amber and gang catered brilliantly and graciously to the complex demands of my group. There's a HUGE range of activities you can choose from, from the very active (coasteering, sea kayaking) to gorgeously relaxing and very effective body work (yoga, and the best massage I've ever had...and I've had a lot) and every single teacher/provider was absolutely brilliant. You get a very warm welcome, space to chill around the hot tub and barbecue, comfy beds, a great pod to do your body work in, flowing wisteria....I could do on and on. But basically, Amber, family and colleagues have created a genuine haven. I will be back very very soon!

A wonderful tailor-made break

If you want a few days away from it all, in beautiful countryside, being taken very well care of, in a down-to-earth setting that makes you feel very welcome, this is for you. It's not a high-end clinical type spa where everything is white - quite the opposite. You stay in the lovely authentic old farmhouse - the family home - complete with new hot tub and sauna and a 'pod' in which to do yoga, stretch classes and similar, all with very experienced local teachers. Therapists will come to the farm to give you a massage or pedicure or other beauty treatments. The men and women in our group all loved them, tailored to their needs. Then there is the great outdoors - your hosts can arrange all kinds of activities, from hiking to sea kayaking to coasteering. The food was also lovely, and of very high quality. All manner of dietary needs are catered for. I certainly can't wait to go back.

Rest, relax, restore, revive... This is the place to do it!

For anyone wanting a unique and personal Pembrokeshire experience, I can't recommend this place highly enough. A family farmhouse set in a beautiful estuary landscape, in the heart of an organic farm, be ready to soak up more than a gin and tonic in the hot tub at sunset! Activities for all moods and energy levels, delicious food, friendly and attentive hosts, this is a weekend prepared with warmth and care. Even gluten free scones for fussy eaters after a hard day's sea kayaking! A day sky full of birdsong, a night sky full of stars, and a house full of warm and friendly folk.. Fantastic way to restore burned out London souls.. This place is as authentic as they come.
