We were able to get to the original Pig Beach using Roberts Island Adventures. I believe it's about 45 miles from Exuma. It's worth the trip! We wish we could have stayed longer. Don't be fooled by the imitation pig beach that is only a...More
There really were lot of pigs swimming around. All sizes and colors. A private charter got us there early before the big group charters showed up. Signs are posted to warn about what to avoid feeding the pigs to protect their health. Tossing bread in...More

Swimming, wild pigs that hang around on a fantastic beach on Pig Island and look for food handouts from the local boaters who anchor nearby - a great find.

We used an operator from Nassau and it was a lot more expensive than the prices above , the man who took us on the boat there was only 4 of us and the man driving the skiffle they call it ( can you believe i forgot his name ) was local and I think was known thru Staniel Cay yacht club . If the package includes lunch and transport would probably be an option .
Or send an e mail to the Yacht club to try and get a quote I know the day is expensive but it is very special great memories we did Iguana island probably personally could have skipped that, then the pigs at some times we were on our own with them then on to shark island where you can get in with the sharks which was amazing. Think there was a 10 dollar charge to go on and then back to Staniel yacht club for lunch and more big sharks in the harbour they all seem safe . Buggy back to airport which they charge for but is probably about 10 or 15 min walk .
