Gaulding Cay is a great spot for beginning snorkelers. It is not very deep and you can walk/swim out to the cay and go all the way around it safely. There are fish but the day we were there in August not a lot of them...still worth the trip.

This beach was good for a short stop on our way back to our rental from visiting Glass Window Bridge. There was quite a bit of seaweed on this beach and lacked the privacy of many other beaches due to the number of homes located on the beach. This would be a 5-star beach most other places, but it pales... More

This is a public access beach and perfectly nice, but after being to lighthouse beach and the Cove, this one seemed a bit more run down. But lots of locals, a cool island to swim out to and some good snorkeling. Good for kids.

The beach is beautiful and we have enjoyed it so much, however the mosquitos in the evening force us inside. It's day 4 of our week of vacation and we still don't have satellite tv. DVD player doesn't work either. We are irritated with waiting for someone...anyone to fix it. They were supposed to come by that 1st day and... More

Not great for snorkeling as there is pretty much only the Cay to swim around. Great for starter snorkeling and children. Try not to drive on the beach area at the end. A lot of people get stuck here. On the Caribbean side so it has warmer waters and is pretty clear. It is located right across from Daddy Joe's... More

Lovely and somewhat secluded beach, easy to get to off of the highway, marked with an access sign. Calm water, not much to see snorkeling. Cay is easy enough to walk all the way out to, get up on (with water shoes) and explore.

Takes your breath away how gorgeous. Pack a lunch and some drinks, if you can fit it, pack some floats, and a chair or towel and come chill for awhile. Be careful parking as we got stuck! But the locals are so helpful, so when someone did show up after two hours of alone time, we got towed out. No... More

This long and beautiful beach is perfect for families and snorkeling beginners. The water is very clear and pretty shallow. It is also easy to find.

Takes some effort to find, but worth it. A few homes nearby. An island a short swim offshore with lots of fish.
