A spectacular location and great snorkeling in the Abacos

Amazing azure waters! It was almost surreal how beautiful this spot is. The snorkeling was top notch!

Fish by the millions live in Fowl Cay but watch the Barracuda guarding the reefs, they are like dogs following you around. They do run away if you go too close.

The beach here is gorgeous , fishing on the ocean side good too , My boyfriend caught a grouper. Easy to pull up to and anchor on a small boat or swim in from a larger one.

The seated overlook is a nice place to take a stop and watch the Atlantic. Walk around the Abaco side in the water. Look for rays.

I am lucky enough to live with in kayaking distance to Fowl Cay National Park. No need to dive the snorkeling is fabulous. There are mooring buoys to tie your small boat or dingy. There is also a small shelter on one of the rocks in front of the reef built by the Bahamas National Trust. Great place for a... More

We (my wife and I) have been diving for some time (I got certified in 1971) and though the diving is not deep you will see more fish and big fish than you can shake a stick at

We were on a charter boat and anchored on the west side of Fowl Cay. The dinghy ride to the east side was a bit intimidating and you need to be careful of the waves. Take your life jackets. Once we got there we were overwhelmed by the beauty and accessibility of the coral and fish. Make sure you can... More

Tie up to the bouys and scuba or snorkel amongst the amazing reefs. An incredible array of different fish and corals can be seen without needing to dive to any depth. DO NOT FISH HERE!! It' s a little tricky to getbto some of the bouys, so buy the Abaco Cruising Guide and ask a local to point you in... More

We went twice, once with an outfit and once on our own. My husband, the diver, loved it and can't wait to go back. I am a snorkler and thought it was good, but not as good as Pelican Cays as there is less close to the surface.
