Suspect most golf on GBI is on the expensive side but this really pretty 9 hole course was under $50 each including buggy and club hire. Some tough holes and the bushy undergrowth was always lurking. Had been a serious storm overnight so fairways a little damp in places - that's what I blame for drives not going very far.... More

OK, so this course needs some work. But a Custom's Agent told us that they are getting ready to put some serious money into the greens and cart paths. Great 9 hole course you play twice. We really enjoyed it and would definitely play it again.

Well designed course run by friendly Bahamian staff. Quiet fairways, feels like your own private course! A peaceful and beautiful golfing experience.

I play this 9-hole track, that winds through a somewhat defunct housing development. everytime I come to GBI. My wife and I played here on a Sunday afternoon and we were the only ones on the course. The greens need help in places and the bunkers were in rough shape, it had rained the day before, but the rest of... More

the friendliness of the Club House staff and the quiet pleasant fairways. Course itself is in fair condition, not pristine, but feels like your own private course.

This is a very challenging golf course and I enjoyed playing it very much. The green fees are reasonable and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Played it a lot when there and enjoyed every minute of it.

My wife and I are high handicappers so we didn't want to fork out the $100.00 to play the resort courses. Course was not in very good shape. Greens had been aerated and the rest of the course was o.k. No crowds and we didn't need to make tee times.

I lived at Grand Bahama 1978 to 1983 and was a member of Fortune Hills Country Club, we returned to the island on vacation in April this year. While there I had the opportunity to once more play golf at Fortune Hills, Imagine my surprise when the Bahamian Lady who takes the green fee's recognized me as a past member,... More

Three of us decided to go here due to the fact it was cheaper then the others, and I had never gone golfing before. The lady in the gift shop was very nice and friendly. It was 35 to golf (including the mandatory cart) and we bought golf balls. The course was good enought for us and very relaxing. It... More
