I had lunch here and then went to visit the garden. What an amazing place. Even with the heat of August and some rain here and there it proved to be a delightful place.

We went to Garden of The Groves and we had lunch by the lake. Very casual setting but relaxing except for the Mosquitos. We were there for Sunday brunch. Besides the mosquitos there were very aggressive ducks that come right up to you begging for food. I don't recommend the café for these two reasons.

My husband and I visited this beautiful garden during our trip to Freeport. Liz was our guide. She was quite knowledgable and friendly. We learned a lot about inhabitants and nature. It is a very serene and peaceful place to visit. You are so close to nature that you just want to sit and take in all the sounds and... More

And the lunch was impeccable. Kudos to the cook. This is a great stop and the flowers were really nice. There is a labyrinth and a meditation spot that is very unique. Pet ducks everywhere. Watch out for the spiders in the trees... They are huge!! Nice souvenir shop

Great garden. History rich. The catch is they have vendors with the same merchandise that you can purchase in the marketplace, but these vendors double the price. Don't buy anything here. If you can, pack a light snack so you're not tempted to buy the food here. It's just overpriced

Our visit was as a part of the jeep tour so considering that it was nice. But if we had made a special trip to see it in would have been very disappointed. The greenery was beautiful but there really wasn't much to see or do. We had a little over an hour (which included time to eat lunch) and... More

We arrived mid day and the place was closed for the BIGGEST LOSER and a wedding. However, the staff let us in and we got to look around at everything while they set up. It was a great. None of the shops were open but we got to see and go wherever we wanted. It was beautiful. Not sure of... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of The garden of the Groves. Very informative about the local history, plants and birds of the area. Lovely views of waterfalls, and paths that meander through the gardens. A must see for Botanical garden lovers.
