    Wonderful Spa Day!
Excellent experience. Staff were professional, spa was clean and well maintained. Over and above on the special amenities for customers. Definitely a 1st class experience. A bit pricey, but overall the service was worth it. Therapist "Alexis" was fabulous 👌

My mother and I had an amazing experience from we walked through the doors we were greeted with such enthusiasm and warm smile by Alicia. We were offered spa sandals and robes. Both our therapists were very punctual- we did a 60 minute massage along with a pedicure. My therapist (Kimberley) did an amazing job and honorary mention to my pedicurist Sharlice. My mom had 0 complaints with Sheriane and her pedicurist “Nae”. Overall - exceptional service, the staff is very professional, the environment is impeccably clean. Can’t wait to return.

    Amazing spa!
The Mandara spa is an amazing experience and well worth a visit. The spa itself is beautiful. It's big but so nicely laid out it doesn't feel overwhelming and it feels like you are the only one there. Would thoroughly recommend!

    So relaxing
The people are our favorite part of the Bahamas. We love everything about paradise island. We get pedicures almost every time we come here because it is a great way to get the trip started. There is quite a bit of walking here so take care of your feet.

Amazing Team and Experiences at Mandara Spa Atlantis!
The entire team that assisted us at the spa were world class and greatly appreciated! Delano, Keniece, Sherel Rolle, Roquel, and Samantha guaranteed that our experience from check-in, to locker room service, to exceptional massages were remarkable! It is always a pleasure to spend time at this exceptional facility with unparalleled staff!

    Great service in Paradise.
Very serene facility, that is clean with great service. I had a facial and then a salt scrub. The thing I really liked is that the same technician did both services so I did not have to switch rooms. Yes, it was expensive but I knew that going in. You don't go to Atlantis to save money.

    Treat Yourself!!
I did a couples massage with my husband. My masseuse was excellent. She catered to all my needs… They try to upsell you with add ons and she asked me if I wanted the foot parrafin wax I said no thanks but she still gave it to me and of course charged for it… it was worth it tho!! I recommend a massage before leaving the resort as a treat to yourself! You deserve it!!

I loved it today on February 1, 2020. I had Ernestine and my 80 minute massage was excellent! Her precise, thorough, medium pressure, all body massage relaxed EVERY vertebrae in my body! The price was average for massages but the foot massage with parrafin wax was soothing and super relaxing! The room was inviting, comfy, and clean. I do reviews of spaces on Youtube as Jeannie Jones Spagirl and I have never had warm water bags layer on my middle back before but this custom massage even came with aromatherapy. I recommend Mandarin spa but I suggest they provide healthy snacks in each tea area to complete the spa. All 5 star spas have free, healthy, snacks next to their tea and water.

We were two couples in our 50's traveling to the Atlantis Resort Bahamas in March 2021. We booked massages at the Madera Spa on the property using a coupon code they have online to get 25% off. The massage was fantastic, the staff was warm and friendly, professional and good at their job. Thanks, Melinda, for a GREAT massage. The facilities were nice. There is a sauna, steam room, heated plunge pool (there were jets in the wall of the plunge pool but they don’t work) so they call it a plunge pool, and a relaxation area in the men’s area with TV. There were locker and shower facilities as well. There were similar facilities in the women’s area as well but instead of a tv lounge there was a aroma therapy relaxation room.

My guest was tricked into a very large tab that was charged to the room. She didn't even know until check out. They lied about charges for service, sold her smaller product but charged for the larger size, didn't provide a receipt. It took over 2 hours to get a refund of the over charge, the manager was extremly rude and told me "it will take a long time to see my refund" I don't know if it will be a month, a year or more! The services are average products are way over priced.

Booked a body treatment and what I thought were 2 add ons - head massage and foot massage. the way this spa operates is very dishonest. they explained after what i booked were add ins and not add ons which does not extend the service so while the body treatment was sitting in the lady gave me a head scratch for 5 mins at the cost of $36 plus VAT and tip. Same for the foot massage. 5 mins of the worse massage ever. she basically just rubbed oil on my feet for another $36 plus VAT and tip which is all paid for upon arrival. tried to complain and manager was super rude. do not waste you money. spa is deteriorated and needs remodeling - very outdated

Staff NEEDS to attend Hospitality Training again, quality control of processes should be tested (we booked for couples massage and found out appointments were not scheduled accordingly, waited so long in lounge I escorted myself upstairs to appointment), explaining services and tour of facilities in a customer service friendly tone. Staff should be made of biases and understand there is no tolerance for them in the spa customer service industry. As in any industry, issues will arise and the experience is how you handle them. The customer should never be penalized for your mistake, especially when paying $500. T. Harley

I love this place i wish i could go every single weekend. I took my mom for Mother's Day. The staff was attentive and warm! They went the extra mile! They were always smiling even behind the masks you could tell. Special thanks to Jamie who checked us in. I knew I was in good hands. That Special drink was awesome and the indigenous ice-cream flavor was nice too! Bradline was very attentive and De'Shan did such a good job with my mom!

Therapist started massage over 25 minutes late. She didn’t come receive me at all until it was almost 12:30 for a 12pm massage. I paid for 75 minutes but when I came out it felt short so I checked my watch and it was 1:23. This was not even full 60 minutes. I told the therapist and she said I was wrong. Then I walked the timeline to her and told her to fix the living. Later I complained to manager about the time and was given another 30 minute massage later in the day. Message was relaxing. I was upset when later on I realized the massage included a paraffin treatment which was never done.
Wasted of money. Unprofessional. There were other ladies who had similar experiences. Will not return.

I have never been so disappointed and disgusted for the way I was treated yesterday when I showed up 15 minutes early because I respect a set appointment schedule that I made several weeks in advance. Upon checking in I was told they moved me from 3:15 to 3:45 for my blowout whithouy sending me any kind of notification. This was unacceptable since my family had a beach photo shoot at 4:45. They told me they would rush me thru to be done by 4:30 which would mean I would have to sprint back to my room at the Cove, get dressed and put my makeup on while making sure all of my children were dressed and ready to go as well in 15 minutes. No thank you, this photo shoot was very important to me for personal reasons and they were putting me in a terrible position which would result in completely ruining my upbeat mood for a relaxing family beach shoot. I suspect what they tried to do was squeeze too many other guests in last minute pushing back my pre scheduled appointment!! This was extremely disrespectful. If you’re going to have a spa to provide people with a relaxing experience then have enough staff to overcompensate when you are running behind schedule. I was early to my appt and very prompt which being in a service industry should be your number one priority. I’ve stayed at this overpriced resort before but will not revisit this spa again.

Sooo it’s Mother’s Day and I booked myself and my daughter deep tissue massages, her a facial and me a seaweed wrap.. my fighters masseuse was soooo nice!!! Sandra!!! However when she introduced me to mine I never even got her name. Then my daughters masseuse said see you at 5:40 and mine said no 5:30. Hum.. I felt beyond rushed for my supposed 100 min service!! Then my deep tissue was not even a massage it was slightly just gently running her hands over me and talking more then massaging which she was nice but not what a deep tissue should be? Then my seaweed wrap was done faster then anything I’ve ever seen. All in all once we got downstairs to lockers we couldn’t enjoy Anything as we where told they closed. I felt so rushed and I’ve been to Mandara plenty of times. And here at this one I wasn’t offered water or anything. Just a feeling of rushed and it wasn’t what I’ve experienced at the California Mandara.. I’m super disappointed. I don’t think I would go back here.
