Relaxed at Cable beach where I stayed at the Melia. The waters were calm, no waves. The sand had some debris after it rain over night. There were some sharp stones and rocks.

We live here and it’s one of our fav beaches. Plenty of white powder sand and nice shade. Water clear and fun vibe. Close to attractions. Always a good time!

Cable beach is one of the nicest beaches I’ve been to so far. I’ve traveled to different islands & from my experience Cable Beach is by far the best😁. Will continue to come back here!

The port where the cruises comes in on is a very short distance from cable beach. But take a cab or recommended transportation, because the public transit move at their own pace. Less than 10 minutes.

I would recommend Paradise Island. Sandals also have their own private island that I believe the cruises can get a day pass. Enjoy.
