We stopped here on a tour during a cruise. The tour was okay- very short. Maybe 10 minutes? There isn't any actual production of rum, but you can see them labeling the bottles and tying on the strings. We learned some good history of the premises though, and enjoyed the free sample of a pina colada. They have a large tasting/bar area and a food stand outside. Overall, we enjoyed our stop, but wish it would have been a little more informative/longer.

We had a lovely young woman give us an abbreviated tour of the distillery, that was just right for our tastes. The grounds aren't very big, but there is a decent tasting room and shopping area. We enjoyed the rums and the atmosphere. We were able to walk here from the cruise port, but it was about a 20 minute walk and there is some uphill walking and it's in the streets to get there. The sidewalk situation is basically non-existent. It's a very short tour and an easy quick stop during your day.

it's an easy uphill walk from the water to this distillery. There isn't any actual production going on, but we learned some fun facts about the island and Watling's history there... you get a thimble full of frozen pina coladas, a short tour, and then it's into the bar. Would have appreciated a free taste... of at least their basic rum. We bought the 5 tasting menu for $20 so we could try the full list. They turn over the folks in the tasting room pretty regularly, so plan on an hour at most for the entire event... It was enjoyable, and the rum was good (except for one that could have stripped paint) - glad we went

We had a lovely little walk through to check out the site. Beautiful little area worth a visit but it’s free to enter. I wouldn’t pay a tour company to take me there. We enjoyed the samples and walk around the estate. Cute wildlife and some interesting info. We didn’t buy a bottle but we did see them at duty free for more expensive.
