The bathrooms at Johnston Beach within the park were not operating and all the water was turned off - for the showers/toilets. In disrepair with trash overflowing (as in much of Nassau) and whether you even attempt to find a trash can is optional apparently....More

We were not on a cruise ship. That said, Clifton is about a 45 minute trip one way from the ships. You can easily make this a half trip day as long as you get on the road by 9 AM.

I agree with having to know how to swim, however, you do wear a floatation preserver and if you get fatigued you will be ok
