About
A pirate themed escape room located in downtown Nassau. Our escape game is 60 minutes long and filled with puzzles, mystery and intrigue. Try to evade the grasp of Governor Woodes Rogers and the British Army and flee the harbour with Blackbeard! Whether you're on a cruise staying in Nassau for the day or staying at one of the many great hotels on New Providence or Paradise Island, you'll have a great time solving the mystery and helping Blackbeard to get away! The game is designed for 2-8 persons and ages 8 and up. Please contact us for group arrangements and special events and for any special requests!

I have never done an Escape room. Entered a little skeptical but left a huge fan. Whats better than that was all the kids (7, 11, 20 and 45) really did have a great time and that's what really counts. And we escaped but I'm not telling how...

We booked the wrong date and time (Our fault, too many Bahama Mamas) and Tony was super accommodating. She allowed our small children to come along making this a whole family event! The room was great and its next to the Pirates of Nassau Museum, which adds to the theme. Can't wait to return and try a new room. Experience and people here are top notch! Cheers from Connecticut!

Nobody in our group had ever had an escape room experience so we had no idea what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised. We were a group of 4 adults and a child (10yrs) and it was surely fun for all ages. Great activity for a family, group of friends or team building/corporate exercise. We were given 60 mins to escape and we used every minute but 1. Yes we literally broke the code in 59 mins. The proprietor Tony was such an amazing and gracious hostess. Highly recommended. We look forward to them expanding their operation and/or changing the room so that we can return. Until then we’re addicted and plan to do more when traveling. Go check it out !!!

I visited Blackbeard's Escape with a group of friends and had so much fun! The theme was perfect for the setting and the decor of the room was really impressive. Along with the music this created a great atmosphere which got us even more wrapped up in the adventure. We had a great time uncovering all the clues and piecing the puzzle together. I had done an escape room before but I found this one to be even more creative and thoroughly enjoyable. The owners were really friendly and made it a special experience, I would highly recommend it to everyone of all ages.

We do a tropical vacation every year as a family and the activities can get very redundant. While on the Rum Walking Tour, the Escape Room at the Pirates Musuem was pointed out to us, so we decided to give it a try the next day. We had 3 of a family of four that had never done an escape room before, but fun was had by all. We escaped with almost 12 minutes to spare and only needing one clue, but boy was it a challenge. Our debriefer Leah was hilarious and a lot of fun. Definitely recommend!

I went with 4 other friends and had the best time. I wish i could do it again. We laughed so much and it was such a fun thing to do with friends. We still talk about it when we get together. Great memories and so worth it!

I just participated in an escape room and I must say, I didn't know what to expect. First off, I loved the professionalism I received when first booking. There were callbacks and accommodations for me from my first interaction with this company. Also the pricing is affordable and worth it for the experience.
When I arrived, they were on time and ready for me and my group. The Pirates of Nassau facility was well designed to the theme appealing in sight. We were made clear of the rules and also had to sign a waiver which I didn't mind. We were brought up to the escape room and was pleased by the aesthetics of the room and its props. A plus was that 2 ductless units were in place for a comfortable experience in this heat (whew). The levels of puzzles range from easy to somewhat hard. It's designed for people of varying ages and can be a great way to have togetherness in your group of friends or family.
My friends and I had a really good time and I will be back when I new room is designed. This really is a great concept that has taken off recently worldwide and I'm glad I got to experience it!

We had a lot of fun.. I must try visit.. We was able to crack the code in less than an hour.. See how fast you can do it.. Challenging and fun especially for the teens

Recently did this escape room with my extended family. Tony, the owner was so sweet and accommodating. The place is easy to find as it is attached to the pirate museum. The escape room itself was well done (challenging but not impossible). We all had so much fun. Would definitely reccommend this place for some great family bonding!

This experience exceeded my expectation. I love the plot that is used to create the mystery and the clues were all very well hidden. The theme is also very cool and it really makes you think outside the box and work as a team to figure it out. We were able to solve all the clues and were rescued. Once we were able to figure out the first clue, which took at least ten minutes, everything else started to make sense.
It was an awesome experience and a must do for tourists and locals.

Is the room air conditioned? Is there somewhere to lock up our personal items? If there are five of us do we need to book the entire room to get it to ourselves?

Our game plays up to eight people, if you prefer a private room it is available for $199.
