I'm a little afraid of the water but I love dolphins! I got in the water and pushed through the fear. It's incredible to be in there with them. They had two dolphins come up and kiss me. These are powerful animals weighing about 350-375 pounds. Wow! Everyone in my group did the foot push as well. Incredible experience!

Staying at Atlantis and it feels not too different than going to Vegas, went to Nassau and so many people selling. On a whim we came to the dolphin encounter and it was so nice, the kids got dolphin kisses and hot to pet them. But then you are on this island with water sports, bats, restaurants, hammocks, and beaches.... More

Segway tour was waste of time and money. We checked in right after we got off the boat but were told to come back. We came back after 15 minutes but were told that our spot was given to large family. They book for 20 but have only 10 Segway units so they divide people up into groups (stagger them-which... More

We are surprised and sorry to hear this as people usually rate our Segway tour very highly. We are not sure what happened as this has not previously been an issue. People really enjoy the smaller more intimate groups as it provides better instruction and interaction with your guide as well as you learn a lot more about the history... More

We always wanted to do a swim with Dolphins, and this place finally was the perfect place. You're in a lagoon with the Dolphins. All is protected and secured, but the Dolphins and we were in normal water. Not just an artificial pool somewhere. So, we had the feeling there is lots of space, people knew really what they were... This activity was the greatest experience. The trainer was funny and accommodating of individual strengths and weaknesses. The Dolphins were so well trained that I was certain that the dolphin was actually hugging me! This is a MUST DO for anyone who loves the water!

We were staying at Atlantis Resort, but my daughter found Dolphin Encounters while searching TripAdvisor. Given the large number of positive reviews we decided to take a chance and try Dolphin Encounters instead of going for the Atlantis dolphin option. IT WAS THE BEST DECISION!! You can trust the positive reviews for sure!! Not only was it less expensive for... More

Did this excursion in July 16 from a cruise ship. Both Dad and Daughter went in to swim / interact with the Dolphins. First off, you take a boat from Nassau port to Blue Lagoon Island which takes you past some fantastic properties and scenery. The sea is the possibly the best we've seen and we've travelled a lot. You... More

Our first visit to Paradise Island included a visit to Blue Lagoon and the Dolphin Encounter! It was just great . The trainers were so personable and made everyone feel "special" during their time with the Dolphins. Kissing, dancing and petting them was fun. We are in our 70's so will probably never do this again so I am glad... More

Our family booked the dolphin encounter as a port adventure while stopping in Nassau on a Disney Cruise. We paid for three of us to do the encounter and one person to go and observe. It is fairly expensive, as most port activities are, but we found it a lot of fun. My husband and children got in the water... More

I was so excited to do this and was so disappointed. The money you spend for this activity is NOT worth it. The encounter is very little close to none. The best encounter is when you take the photos out of the water. This is something you can do when you get to the island and not pay $100. You... More
