Being able to hold, touch and feed the dolphins was truly an amazing experience! This lasts for only about 30-45 minutes though then u can go upstairs and choose your package (optional) (varying prices for different packages of course). We had up to 4pm to roam around and we were allowed to observe the other encounters as well.

My experience with the dolphins was excellent! However, afterwards, when I went to try to get my pictures/video that they took (we are NOT allowed to take our own), no one would help me. I was given a coupon and told to order online; faster, easier. DO NOT fall for that. The coupon was for $10, and they wanted to... More

My family and I went on a cruise for my birthday. When our ship docked at the Bahamas, we did the Blue Lagoon Dolphin Swim. It was so much very! The groups were very small and personal.

I loved being able to interact with the dolphins. The staff made sure we were fully informed about the dolphins as well as educating us on how to protect their environment. I enjoyed how patient they were especially with my friend who was initially afraid to be in the water with the dolphins. They made her comfortable and made sure... More

I was really impressed by the whole experience. My daughter and I chose the wading option rather than the swimming option with the dolphins but there were also stingrays that you could interact with. After a brief talk about the care they take of their mammals and their conservation, everyone had the chance to rub, stroke, hug, kiss and dance... More

The people who gave bad reviews are either just too hard to please or were at another place. Every step of our experience was great, with our actual dolphin experience with Salvator, (the dolphin), was beyond great. The trainer, (Martin or Marvin), was the best. Our only complaint was with ourselves for not allowing more time to do more here.... More

I'm a little afraid of the water but I love dolphins! I got in the water and pushed through the fear. It's incredible to be in there with them. They had two dolphins come up and kiss me. These are powerful animals weighing about 350-375 pounds. Wow! Everyone in my group did the foot push as well. Incredible experience!

Staying at Atlantis and it feels not too different than going to Vegas, went to Nassau and so many people selling. On a whim we came to the dolphin encounter and it was so nice, the kids got dolphin kisses and hot to pet them. But then you are on this island with water sports, bats, restaurants, hammocks, and beaches.... More

Segway tour was waste of time and money. We checked in right after we got off the boat but were told to come back. We came back after 15 minutes but were told that our spot was given to large family. They book for 20 but have only 10 Segway units so they divide people up into groups (stagger them-which... More

We are surprised and sorry to hear this as people usually rate our Segway tour very highly. We are not sure what happened as this has not previously been an issue. People really enjoy the smaller more intimate groups as it provides better instruction and interaction with your guide as well as you learn a lot more about the history... More
