Not as described! Don’t waste your money. It was a tiny, overcrowded island. Said that there were plenty of chairs in the shade and sun. But as the boat got onto the island, they said “everything is fist come first serve” so before we could even get off the boat, every chair in the shade was taken… even though nobody actually sat in them. Just reserved them for the day. There was not any type of sanitation being used in the food making and serving area. We were too afraid to even eat any of it. We brought our own snorkel gear but then were not allowed to snorkel unless paying an additional $100 (because apparently they own the ocean). There is one tiny area of “beach access” everything else is just chairs on rocky area. Then when we were supposed to leave, the boat that was to take us back broke down! The only good thing is that the bartenders made good drinks.

Went to Pearl Island it was really nice. I spent a lot of time in the hammock just relaxing. This place is so nice has a watch tower, you can snorkel, swim, swing, float on a mat as well as other thing. Lunch was nice it was chicken fish rice/beans and something else, and kool aid. It would have provided a better rating but when it was time to leave, we waited for a couple for 15 minutes. There was another boat that was leaving later, and it was not full. However, we ended up leaving and having to return to pick that couple up. Turns out the women was drunk and come on the boat sticking up her middle finger at everyone. Most of the people were upset. When a return time is given stick with it. People had other plans when this tour was over which made some people later.

ThePearl island was great. The only issue was that the boat was late leaving the dock for 45 minutes. Food was okay although they only gave us 1 chicken leg and couple of fish. But it was fun hanging out with friends!

I was on a weekend cruise from Miami and was trying to figure out something to do in Nassau on our second day. I was lucky to find this excursion for my family which included toddlers and teens. The boat ride to Pearl Island was very relaxing with beautiful scenery. The boat was big enough for guests to sit down, at least in my excursion. It was a 30 minute ride. The island was very picturesque. The water was every amazing hue of blue and green. The palm tress and even the structures built on the island were just out of a movie. It was very private, everyone could spread out and it was very relaxing. There were many lounge chairs, sofas and canopies to sit under. There were a few water mats, a couple of kayaks and paddle board. They also had some sand toys for the little ones. These items were limited but when I went there were few people on the island. The food was alright. Not five stars but I did enjoy the chicken drumsticks and the kids were happy with chicken strips and fries. The outside bar area and the bartender, Andrew were the BEST. He mixed cocktails for everyone with happiness and i felt so relaxed. This little island is a secret in the Bahamas and I was so happy we found this tiny slice of paradise.
