Just a small walk from Caneel Bay Resort, this beach is beautiful and offers chair rentals, snorkel rentals and snacks.

Number 1 or 2 on my list. Just beautiful. Not as crowded as Trunk bay. You have to hike a little but well worth it.

This is the one beach that cemented our love for St. John. Access from land is just a short hike from Caneel, or a more vigorous hike in from Cruz Bay.....either way you go you will be rewarded with one of the most beautiful beaches...More

I've been here twice as part of a cruise excursion. It is such a fun little area. We came and left by boat so we had to swim to shore, but it was worth it!!

Red Hook is the best route. There is another long ferry ride out of Charlotte Amalie, but it is also more expensive.

No umbrellas, but there are lots of shaded areas, as well as a pavilion. The chairs are free to sit in - I think the two "restaurants" provide them.
