People in the store at low key were very nice and helpful as were the dive instructors I do not dive I snorkel...the BIG PROBLEM with this place is thinking its a good idea to mix experienced divers, novice divers, and snorkelers on the same trip I agree with the poster kylemallory. What a HUGE letdown for experienced divers. This... More

I did a 2 tank morning dive in November 2016 - the only diving I did while in St. John. As other reviews have said, there are only really 2 choices for dive shops on St. John - the Westin (Cruz Bay Water Sports) and Low Key. I would agree with other negative reviews that they are running an operation... More

To start off our journey we were picked up from the Westin by Captain Bob himself and what a character he is. He asked where we had been diving already and adjusted his trip to not have us do a repeat dive. That was so wonderful! They took us to the Ledges of Little St. James and then to Calf... More

I've used Low Key Watersports before and will again. This past experience was on 2, 2 tank dives a week ago. The Captain and crew were great but our DM Missy was awesome. She is everything you could ask for in a Dive Master. She was attentive, led well, spotted and pointed out the hardest to find octopus, and features... More

Very professional. Felt totally safe and these folks know what they are doing. So much fun and what an incredible experience. Octopus, lobster, sting ray, so much cool stuff we saw

Just rented snorkel gear from the shop but it was in walking by after they closed that we were welcomed in for drinks. Such a laid back group and fun loving. Made a great day even better. Thanks!

Added a last minute day of diving to a business trip on St John. Low Key was great, getting me a spot on the boat and taking us to some wonderful dive sites. Will use them again next time I am there.

Missy, Travis, John and Basil were great to dive with. They all took the time to gauge divers experience and need (or lack of) hand holding required. The boat always had a mix of divers and they tried to make sure the desires of all were taken into account without sacrificing safety.

Low Key was fantastic. I did a refresher scuba dive and my partner did the discovery scuba dive. Great experience and will definitely go back the next time I'm on St John!
