The boat, crew, drinks and food were all 5 stars. If you have never snorkel the 2 sites they take you to are 3 to maybe 4 stars, but if you have some snorkeling experience, the sites are pretty disappointing. Site 1 had some hard coral but a lot of it was broken by careless snorkeled. Site 2 had very little coral and was mostly to see turtles grazing on sea grass- which was cool. If you mostly want to hang out on a cool catamaran with a great crew and refreshments, this can’t be beat. The trip was a lot of fun but is not a fantastic snorkeling experience.

Very professional and well-run excursion. Stopped at two snorkeling locations, saw turtles and stingrays, and the Pizza Pi was really fun. Drink selection was somewhat limited but solid. No regrets about booking with Cruz Bay!

The Westin water taxi Captain, captain Richard was beyond rude & unprofessional for any position. Let alone a captain. This is our last moments of a great trip and to be treated like “garbage” in our last moments really is so poor. We spent over $1,600 plus tips with Cruz Bay Watersports and over $400 as a family to get from the airport to the Westin and back. Disappointing.

On our first day at the Westin we rented a cooler for our beach visits. We were quoted $25 for a 5-7 day rental by one of the friendly male sales associates. When we went to turn it in Kira the sales associate told us the cost was $60 because we only rented it for four days instead of $25/week. We then spoke to a “Director” who agreed that it did not make sense however told us to return when the manager would be back in 15 minutes. We then received a phone call saying that the price that we were quoted initially was incorrect and in fact it was $15 per day or $75 for the week. We went back to the store and despite us telling the manager Angela that the weekly quoted price and the weekly price the sales associate Kira told us when we had tried to turn in to turn it in was $25, she not only told us that we weren’t told that but that we would have to pay the $60. We would have had no problem paying for a service as it’s quoted whether it’s $5 a day or $20 a day. The issue with this was their inability to acknowledge the mistake that was made by two different employees. If this is how they operate their business, this is not a place I would recommend dealing with for anything. Additionally two days prior I was in there to purchase a swim shirt for our daughter. She tried on a couple shirts and then was reprimanded because those were not the shirts that were to be used for trying on. (Nothing was labeled as shirts to be used for trying on) Despite the fact that we explained the try-on shirts were all larges and she needed to try on a medium and a small, Kira continued to be very rude. There are plenty of other places on the island to purchase items and rent gear - I suggest you find those places that treat their customers with respect and conduct their business with honesty.
