Nice Secluded Spot. only 3 parking spots access this location. that being said it allows privacy and space if that what you are looking for. It is on the east side of a sheltered bay (Hawksnest) short walk down the paved drive to the beach...More

Lovely beach and easy to get to for those travelers that are not interested in a hike, however more private due to limited parking. Waters are still crystal clear and the sand is soft and white.

Took a ride out there yesterday. Parking for 3 to 4 cars only which is nice you won't be dealing with crowds here. Just a bit of a walk down. A very private beach besides the cottages located there so don't wander in the interior...More

This is one of the best and most isolated beaches on St John. It is difficult to find and there is basically only a few parking spaces and then you have to walk through ankle high water on the shore to get around the trees...More

We recommend going to Hawksnest Beach and snorkeling over to this beach if there isn't any parking. Also, good snorkeling on the opposite side (to the right of standing on the shore facing the ocean). Saw a lemon shark about 100 yards out. Supposedly harmless....More

Nearly a private beach, if you swim over from Hawksnest. If you're snorkeling over, not much to see but a lot of white sand bottom. Better to swim on your back and look at the rock outcropping in between these beaches, sometimes kids climb out...More

Because there is not a lot of parking up on the road and because you have to walk down a steep grade for a couple hundred yards, it is empty. Tons of shade, palm lined beach. Right side of beach has done of the areas...More

Gibney/Oppenheimer beach is worth checking out. It is small and feels private. There were very few others there when we visited. Very limited parking (3-4 spots). Postcard views and calm, clear water.
