Bones is permanently closed but you can find its famous rum at Caribana at the St Thomas Havensight Mall, you might even get the chance to meet the owner of Bones, Shane.

Bones Rum is still open and going strong. We are in several States now. Bones Rum product can be found at different location around the island, including St.John, St Croix. The owner of Bones Rum has never been Shane. It is someone else. Thank you to everyone that supports Bones Rum !

This is a great spot to taste some great rum and have some good laughs. It is an open air "bar" where you get served slushed ice and you pour your choice of rum. There are a few choices, all are good. IMPORTANT: Many of the waterfront businesses where damaged or destroyed during the hurricane. Bones is open and relies on tourism to keep it open. At the cruise port we were told it was destroyed. So jump in a cab to the downtown and make the short walk to Bones Rum.

This is a rum gift shop basically. I though it was like a place where you would learn something as well because some of the reviews mention the history of rum. But it was only 17.00 for two people to pour/taste whatever rum you want, and as much as you want. My favorite was the butterscotch.
