Godfrey Tours on St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, provides sightseeing tours of the island, and beach and shopping trips. We take you to the Mountain Top Mall, Drakes Seat, Blackbeard's and Bluebeard's castles, while providing you with a wealth of details of the various attractions. We also do beach trips to Magens Bay, Coki Beach, and Sapphire Beach. Weddings and private tours are welcome. We have over twenty years experience and are highly rated.

We were on a 6 hour tour of Saint Thomas that exceeded our every expectation. Our guide not only took time stop allowing time to view key sites but interacted with the group adding historical information. We got to shop local stores and it included 2 hours at a beautiful beach with white sand and restaurant. It was a wonderful day.

We had an amazing day out on this tour. It took us all over the island and showed us both sides and everywhere in between. We got to spend time at the beach and walk around the shops, it was a magnificent day. Francis took extra special care of us and provided us with a lot of history and knowledge of the island of Saint Thomas. We would definitely recommend this and will go back again.

We did a short island tour (two hours, I think) with Godfrey. He picked us up and returned us to where we staying. He was early to pick us up, so we started the tour a little early. Godfrey was friendly and engaging. He shared some island history with us, took us to a few spots with good viewpoints and other interesting spots. It was a great way to see some highlights of the island.

I prepaid for transportation thru Godfrey Tours to pick us up at the cruise pier, take us to Sapphire Beach, and then pick us back up. We were a group of 12. They were an hour late on pick up and very hard to get a hold of. Then, for the return they completely forgot us and had to scramble to get 2 vans to come and get us to get us back to the pier before our ship all aboard time. Very unprofessional.
The drivers themselves were very friendly and helpful. I had no issue with them.

My husband and I did the sightseeing and dinner tour with Captain Zarina, Shelley and Mike. All 3 were amazing. The people were friendly, the drinks were great and the service was exceptional. All 3 went out of their way to make sure we were safe, comfortable and having a great time. What more can you ask for on vacation? They deserve more than 5 stars and a raise.

It was a rainy day but we decided to venture out. So glad we did. Tour was amazing & awesome! Godfrey went out of his way to make sure we were all having a good time. He was very knowledgeable about the islands & had so much information to share. His vehicle was really clean and well cared for. I highly recommend this tour company!!

It was a educational tour they will bring you to shop at your own, take you to the hill tell you all about the islands and you can relax at the beach of your choice after!

I booked the shopping, sightseeing and beach excursion through Godfrey last week. I was very pleased. I made my reservations in March for my family of five. Godfrey was waiting for us right as we disembarked, with a clear sign indicating the tour group. We shopped for 2 hours, then headed off for a tour of the island. At Mountaintop, Godfrey took us on the observation deck and pointed out all the sights. We had 2 hours to spend at either Megan's Bay or Coki Beach. Godfrey returned exactly on time. He was polite and knowledgeable all along the way. At the conclusion of the tour, my 15 year old remarked that he felt that he really hadn't lost out by not going ziplining! We all appreciated the coolers with ice cold drinks as well. I was glad to be able to support a local tour guide as well, as the excursion through Carnival was much pricier! I would not hesitate to book again.

We found this tour through this site. We booked only a few weeks in advance. We were visiting this port via a Carnival Cruise and wanted to see the island without having the pay the high cruise excursion fee. We were very pleased with this tour.
A. The service was fantastic. We arrived at the bus before our 11am time and once all guests booked had arrived we left (about 15 minutes earlier than expected). There were two buses total for the tour. The two drivers were polite and knowledgeable. During the stops we were given history of the island and the stories told were fantastic. (Make sure you hear the story of the rebellion lead and won with by women with NO DEATHS involved.) We were given ample time at each stop for photos and free time. There was even a group of five who asked to be dropped off towards the end of the tour to eat lunch at a local chicken hut. The driver dropped them off, took us to the beach, and then picked them back up on the way to the boat. That's service!!
B. The price is unbeatable. For a full day tour PLUS free admission into the Great House gardens, Rum Punch at the gardens, Free Drink at mtn top, AND free sodas and water on the bus... you would expect to pay 2 to 3 times that cost with a cruise sponsored tour. They guys are fantastic and clearly are NOT trying to rip us off. They genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs and have no desire to charge us more when the quality of this tour rightfully deserved it. We hope we tipped generously enough to show our appreciation for such a fantastic tour.
C. The sights were spectacular. I am not sure we would have been able to squeeze as much in as we did had we used another company. We were able to see so many gorgeous views. I took over 400 photos during this tour. Absolutely gorgeous!!
This is a must do if you are visiting the island. Do not hesitate to book Godfrey!!

We booked the tour outside of the cruiseline which made me nervous. Shortly after getting on the newer well maintained tour converted truck we overheard Godfrey on his cell phone discussing church activities.
After the expiration of the allotted time for shopping he approached the people on his tour vehicle and explained that although it was time to leave he couldn't leave the missing couple behind with a small child, a short time later they arrived and we left.
Godfrey has a couple of coolers behind the vehicle and about three in the afternoon with temps in the 90's he stopped and told a young male at a bus stop to get something to drink. Wife and I are very impressed with this younger businessman that showed us that there are still caring people.
Godfrey made sure that we knew what we were about to see and allowed us time for video or photos. I would HIGHLY recommend this tour for those wanting a tour of St. Thomas

IS any of these tours wheelchair friendly my son is a foldable wheelchair but needs assistance with steps also are tany of the beaches have beach wheelchairs for rent

My husband uses a Rollator (walker). Will he be okay on a Sights & Coral World tour? Is it too long a walk from the Havensight pier to meet up with Godfrey Tours?

I received confirmation via email after reserving online. I did not need to contact them after I received the reservation number. You will be able to locate Godfrey Tours on the pier because someone will be holding a sign and leading you to the motor transport area. Hope that helps...

Bringing my mom who is in a wheelchair--paralyzed on left side. Here we transfer her in and out of a small SUV. Could the tour accomodate her/us?

Godfrey Tours has a new website, so the process is different and improved now. After registration, you get an automatic confirmation. You get a reminder a day before your trip.

We paid $54 per person but that also included Coral World. We were so far behind schedule we didn't have time to look around.
