On a recent visit we did some serious shopping at the Mall near the ship docks. Lots of jewelry shops and souveneir places.

And the magic is that it is in very store which looks just like the next one. If you need some drugstore things, it’s fine. We were the only ship in( a rarity) and half the stores didn’t bother to open..a blessing.

Here you will find the usual array of cruise port shopping - jewelry, t shirts, souvenirs, electronics and so forth. The mall also leads you to where you can pick up taxis and jitneys to the beaches or for tours. Having been here many times,...More

DO NOT GET WAXED HERE. I've been here before to get a pedicure and honestly I was happy with the results. The actual process was a little difficult as my therapist barely spoke English, so communicating was a challenge, but I was happy with the...More

This mall was very convenient to the cruise ship. The prices were okay. You really need to know what you want to buy and how much it should cost.

This shopping area is very east to find and to move around once you are in it. Shops were not open at night but there are several great places to eat. Very clean and safe.

This isn’t a mall it’s a tourist trap designed to capture cruise ship passengers. 90% of the stores aren’t even open when there are no ships and most close immediately after the last ship has sailed. A few decent restaurants in the area but otherwise...More

Normally, we just walked through the area to the Taxi Area and then back to the ship at the end of the day. This time, we left some time to go through the area. While most of these Port Shopping Areas are the same, we...More

There are several , I mean prob Ten jewelry/watch stores. I would say Bourchards would be your best bet. They will sell it to you at regular retail price as Apple will not discount their items. You will save on tax. I... More

Shopping in Havensight Mall (2 Replies)
I purchased a Cat's Meow collectible in a small store in the mall that was some sort of drug store, I think. I would like to contact them to buy another one. Anybody know what I am talking about??

I don't, but if you go to Havensight's website, you could contact their information center. I emailed them a couple of weeks ago to get the name of the little grocery store, and they emailed me back within a couple of days with the answer. I would think they could help you.

I was in ST. Thomas 2 years ago in May. I was wondering if they built a new shopping area with stores next to Havensight Mall ? Does anyone know?

There's also a new shopping area called Crown Bay which is not close to Havensight. Princess, HAL, and Cunard ships usually dock at Crown Bay.

Havensight Mall? (7 Replies)
I am traveling on the Princess Cruise line. I want to know if they dock at the Havensight Mall? I am going to book a Campagne Catamaran and they said the tour starts there. The tour is with Viator. Does anyone have information on this. I don't want to pay for a taxi because the prices of the excursions are enough. I will be in ST. Thomas on Feb. 9th. Thanks so much! Joyce :)

Most of the Princess ships dock at Crown Bay, not Havensight. But it all depends on the number and sizes of ships in port that day. Last week at least one Princess ship docked at Havensight. I'll see if I can get the Feb schedule (it hasn't been published for the public yet, but sometimes the gov will give some people a copy in advance), and see which ships are docking where (though it's subject to change). If I get the info, I'll let you know on this forum.
