We've had the best fishing trip of our lives on Double Header. These guys really know what they are doing. This day in particular we caught 2 small barracuda on a 6 hour charter. I understand that fishing is fishing, and we know DH is good. but this day we did not have live bait, and i'm sure that was... More

Our family of four (2 adult children) charted the 35 ft. center console, for 1/2 a day (afternoon). Tyler was our Captain and I could not give him enough praise. Besides his fun energetic personality, his boating mobility was awesome. As a boating family ourselves, watching Tyler handle the waves to ensure a smoother ride was so impressive. At first... More

I have to say this is 2nd hand because I was laid up on my back with a ruptured disc. I'm the fisherman of the group with my own boat in Cape Cod. The 3 kids and 2 dads went without me. They caught 5 Mahi and dropped a few others and caught over a dozen tuna, mostly small rats... More

Our captain was Tyler who is extremely knowledgeable and clearly had lots of experience fishing. Unfortunately, we only brought two fish in the boat on our trip, but we caught a sailfish and two mackerel that weren't edible. Considering no one else was having much luck anywhere else, we did pretty good for the day! I would recommend this company... More

Awesome day on the South Drop with Johnnie! 5 'world class' mahi got everyone energized. Bummed we didn't hook the marlin but there is always next time.... highly recommend. Excellent fishing, knowledgeable staff.

We chose Double Header for the fourth time and weren't disappointed. They picked us up at the National Park dock in St. John. Captain Eddie and Nick asked what we wanted to fish for. After catching 15 Mahi and no tuna last year, we said Tuna, Tuna. They took us southwest for the first time because they had good luck... More

The fishing trip, captain Eddie and mate Nick were great! Everything was wonderful! Except ....when I booked the trip .... was told we could keep 30 lbs of fish. We caught a trophy size Dolphin fish along with a couple more. 7 black Fin tuna , 1 skip jack, 1 large mackerel. Some little bait fish. They would not let... More
